Jessica from the outset was very kind and requests. The loft is small and cozy, just like the listing. The location of the condominium is close to the road that gives access to the various beaches of Ubatuba and is close to several shops. To improve, you still accepted our medium-sized dog (which is a little hard to find places you accept here in the rs app). I highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Hilda’s house, the house has so much charm and character is beautifully situated in the trees. It was perfect with our two young children and we loved falling asleep to the waves and birds. Bonete is such a special place, I hope we return again. The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

Our stay at Lúcia's place could not have been better! We were 3 families with children and the house accommodated us perfectly. Ampla, comfortable, well-ventilated, beautiful view. Foot in the sand, with a very tasty lawn! Lucia always very kind and willing to solve any problem. Only compliments!

This place was absolutely perfect!!!! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures, with stunning views of the mountains and sea. The house is very comfortable, and having three en suite bathrooms for each room was great. It’s a 5 minute drive from the beach! Ana Maria was so helpful, responsive and kind, always communicating with us when we had a question. And we hired Giovana as a cook for the week, which was a great decision - she made delicious meals for us so we really could feel like we’re on vacation. 10/10 stay, I recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation, and I hope to visit again!!!

It was all excellent. Very good location, extremely clean house with everything new, especially in the kitchen, different from most places. Standout for the three bathrooms that were very clean and for the shower that provided hot water. I recommend and give a note 10.

The property is great, everything that can be expected of convenience to the guests, there it had, very comfortable and spacious accommodations, as well as a good taste in the decoration, the street that allowed tranquility without cars passing by the door of the house, ideal for those with a child, the property is close to two markets, which made it very easy in the repositions of food, in addition to being very close to the beach. Another very important item is that there are many sun umbrellas and beach chairs in the house. We love it and we'll be back for sure.

We love our stay. The home is super organized and a great area for barbecue and rest as well. It has a great location and is very close to beautiful beaches, we will definitely return!

Apartamento was very clean and well organized, all working, coffee maker, blender, microwave, fridge, Air Fryer washing machine. When we opened the Windows it was very well ventilated and cool the environment. Local no clutter, very cilencioso, patio where the cars are well cleaned. Before entering the apartment for those who want to use it, there is a shower to take sand after coming from Praia. super recommend it.

My family and I like the accommodation, quiet place if noise is very hot because of the kkkk heat, the more we take advantage of the outdoor area with the children. The only sapê beach is very quiet we like it very much, Nivea was always available to help🙏🏻we go back more often😊

We arrived on the selected date and took the key with the janitor of the condominium, also very helpful, Carlos was flexible with time and quickly answered the questions, we felt at ease, very private, safe and very quiet without noise, we walked on foot on 3 beaches that we knew the neighborhood walking around and went by car in others, the day was good, we rested, the house offers what we need the basics of the day to day, recommendations for Carlos's accommodation to others who wanted to stay there. Carlos is a great host. I'll be back at a next opportunity for sure For shopping, I recommend that you pass the shibata in Caraguatatuba, which is already on the way to the accommodation, to supply the days that will stay there, affordable prices and compatible with the market and also come marmite with popular prices for those who do not want to cook and spend a lot, because the beachfront is a higher value and hurts the pocket, the rest are happy and enjoy.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures! The proximity of the beach and the local commerce is a point to highlight. Beach items, including toys, were very useful. A Mariana is very requests and responds quickly. The accommodation instructions are clear and easy. I intend to return soon!
