Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Florianópolis

The place is very cozy and well located, with great restaurants in the mall and places for breakfast. Improving points in the apartment would be the refrigerator that makes a noise and because it is a loft, it ends up bothering and the shower that we could not adapt or was too hot or cold.

Ingo was great, the place was great, perfect spot! We went with our three toddlers and it was amazing! I would go again!

The Quinta is a very nice place to stay. It’s quiet and close to a few places where you can hike. Cristina and Felipe were excellent hosts. Our stay was excellent, the house is super comfortable , the location , the beach , less than a block away there is a pantry that saves you, there are restaurants. The house was complete with everything we need for the stay. We will gladly return

Cristiane's house in Jurerê is very comfortable by the structure and location. We found all utensils and linens in perfect condition and availability. The suite is large and with comfortable beds for a good rest. We made every meal and barbecue in the house, so we were able to use many of the available resources. It is worth it for a large family or a meeting with friendly families as was our case.

The house is delicious, great for relaxing and resting, the surroundings are calm and quiet. Very close to the beach, you can walk. We love the fact that the house has a lot of natural light, nor do you need to light any light during the day. I highly recommend it!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach house! The location was unbeatable just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views and amazing sunrises. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the deck and our evenings enjoying the sound of the waves. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Communication with the host was seamless. Thiago was responsive, and friendly. We felt truly cared for the entire time.

Our stay was excellent. The house is very spacious, comfortable and perfect for two families with children. It has a large patio, space for cars and all the necessary amenities for a carefree stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, as are the bathrooms and bedrooms with towels and beautiful sheets. In addition, the hosts were super attentive and left welcome gifts such as fruit and chocolates, which made us feel very well received. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely stay here again!

The experience of getting to know Floripa could not have been better!!!! Ilca is extremely gentle and welcoming, it made us feel at home. The accommodation is wonderful, all tidy and well located, plus it is ready to prepare a super yummy breakfast and is always there to help! Heitor also very requested, took us to the bus station for the return, the couple is a 10!!!! Super recommend and I will definitely go back!!!

For those looking for calm and nature, it's the perfect place! And what about the host, Mr. Carlos made us feel at home. He is super attentive, polite and intelligent, has an incredible story and the property is a reflection of all the work of him and his employees who are also super nice. The saddest part is certainly having to leave lol but we will certainly be back soon <3

The apartment was spotless, everything you need is on hand. The owner was very nice and the location of the property is ideal. The condominium has a gym, pool and direct beach access which is quite quiet.

Spacious studio with good cleanliness and faithful to the photos. Good, new furniture, equipment and utensils. Great mattress. Pillows, linens and towels clean and well-maintained. Bathroom with good shower, but the water flow from the sink is weak. Located above a very nice mall. Even with the movement in the restaurants, the room is quiet. Access to the building and garage is digital and if there is any difficulty, the receptionist, via intercom, assists. The information and support provided by Néia from Seazone were clear and timely. It was my first experience with Seazone and I recommend it.

🌟 Amazing experience in Florianópolis! 🌟 Monica's apartment is EXCELLENT. It's super-equipped, it has absolutely everything you need and is very comfortable. The condominium is a pleasure: it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, a 24-hour market, parking, and direct access to the beach. 🏖️ The beach is heavenly, with warm and clear water, and it is also quiet, without crowds. Perfect location. Monica was an exceptional host: the dialogue was always fluid, friendly and respectful. He helped us with all our questions and was very flexible with our arrival. We ✨ definitely recommend it and would definitely come back.

The stay was perfect. We went to Jurerê because my husband participated in the Iroman and wanted a place close to the race, and Paula's apartment was perfect. In addition to the wonderful location, the apartment is beautiful, the decor, cleanliness, super nice condominium and a wonderful view.
