Great base for Golfers, Walkers, Surfers and Artists. Only 10 min drive to Saunton beach., 15 mins to Croyde. We are onsite & available for any help & advice if needed. Excellent restaurants/pubs within a 15 minute walk away down a country lane. We have a sweeping drive but once at the property it's level as is the Suite . Sorry no pets

A beautiful Victorian basement apartment in a perfect location for exploring Dartmoor National Park and the surrounding area by foot, bicycle or car. Fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, and generously sized bedroom. Ash View has underfloor heating to keep you cosy. Sole entry to the apartment is via a set of outdoor stairs. Secure bicycle storage is inside the apartment and a boot room for drying clothing and gear. Art workshops are also available and taught by the host!

The village has two great pubs and the Putsborough, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe braches are only a short distance away. The studio provides modern conveniences in a tranquil setting and is provisioned (by us) for you to enjoy a substantial continental breakfast - giving the flexibility to choose your own timings ensuring a relaxing start to the day.

Perfectly located just off the A30 in the heart of Devon we are an ideal place to stop and explore. Situated on the edge of Dartmoor with easy reach to local beaches, cycle paths or exploring deep gorges. There's plenty to see and do. Return back and relax over a BBQ in the summer garden. Interact with the chickens, ducks and geese, collect eggs or snuggle down under a cosy cover during a winters evening. My annexe is completely private, your own sitting-room, bedroom and shower . Great for walkers, swimmers, surfers, kite-surfing, golfing [Royal North Devon Golf Club], Tarka trail for bikers, kayaking. I WILL LEAVE milk, bread, butter, jam, cereal, fruit, fruit juice in the small fridge; i supply plates etc and these can be left in entrance to be washed daily Only a microwave - no other cooking facilities.
