Little Magnolia is part of a beautiful cottage set in the South Hams with easy access to stunning walks including the south west coast path and a short walk to the amazing estuary. Our home is comfortable and welcoming and people love staying here.

Caroline was a wonderful host, we had lovely coffee tmyoghurt and berries for breakfast and brownie bites in the room on arrival - a lovely touch. A beautifully created site. The pods are exquisite, set amongst pretty gardens and with glorious views. They are stylish and comfortable with everything that you could want. Rich and Emma were endlessly helpful and kind., responding quickly and effectively as required. The site is near lots of great beaches - for surfing (Whitsand Bay) or just sitting - Kingsand and Cawsand are really lovely. This is a glorious part of Cornwall - unspoilt and beautiful. A really great place for a holiday at any time of the year. Thank you 💐

Frank and his lovely wife were so friendly and kind. They gave us a very warm welcome and a welcome cuppa after our strenuous walk and Frank dropped us down into the village for dinner. Their cottage is homely, charming and very spacious. It’s spotlessly clean and we had a bedroom, private bathroom, dining room and sitting room all to ourselves. It’s a fantastic proper bnb with delicious full English breakfast and wonderful hosts.

We loved staying at Belinda's, it couldn't have been a nicer experience. The location was perfect, rural and quiet but close to public transport. Dartington Hall is a lovely walk. Belinda communicated clearly and quickly. Well worth the value!

A privilege to share Marcia’s home. We were trusted and treated as honoured guests: the core of hospitality throughout the ages. Marcia did everything she could to make our slightly awkward stay (touring bikes with camping loads) work for us. We made our final goodbyes in town at the Climate Hub where she works as a volunteer. Whether staying with her or not, we would not return to Totnes without saying hello.

Loved my stay at Wendy’s beautiful Exeter room. Everything was clean and perfectly comfortable. The room had everything you could need and overlooked a gorgeous back garden. It was handy being so close to the train station and Wendy was super accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended!!

We really enjoyed our stay with Carol and Graham. We have stayed with them before and it was great to meet up again. The room was lovely and comfortable with everything we could possible need for our two day stay. The bathroom, which was just for our use, was beautifully appointed with lovely views. We enjoyed our delicious breakfasts looking out over the garden and sheep in the field beyond. The room was lovely and quiet, so nights are very peaceful.
