“This shared space was incredible. I typically rent whole apartments or houses, but had an extended stay planned in Manchester and feel grateful I found Paulo's place. First, the hosts are outstanding; prompt with informative communications, very personable and open, and welcoming to a guest in their home. The space is in a typical modern building near Manchester. I walked to several places at an easy pace always within 30 minutes of the front door. There are tram stations in a short walk, and several local conveniences. Best is the little coffee house/restaurant just around the corner where I ended up breakfasting nearly every day. With their warm hospitality, ease of getting around, and overall great value, I look forward to the next time I visit!”
Ninth floor apartment with huge 30 X 30 foot lounge in what is my city centre home . You would have a private room, 14 feet by 12 feet with access to your own exclusive bathroom/shower room. Roof terrace with expansive views east. Excellent location for all city centre amenities and transport links. Parking space available in underground car park at no extra cost but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE as spaces can be limited. Breakfast included.
“My second and hopefully not the last stay with Mark. His open & cordial nature is really something special. Even though he was on the road a lot, he attached great importance to breakfast and always made preparations. You no longer have to write anything about the apartment or the equipment, just brilliant. The same applies to the quiet but central and convenient location (Oxford Road Station is less than 5 minutes away -> train to / from the airport about 30 minutes). For me, Mark is and remains one of the most wonderful people I have been able to get to know - thank you very much and see you next time!”
