I had a wonderful stay despite the weather. I arrived early and they did everything possible to get me checked with availablity. Jasmine was quite accommodating and offered breakfast. The meals were delicious as I explored with the locals. Thank you.

A great place to stay for a few nights. Very convenient location with bars, restaurants and shops all in close proximity. Apartment was very spacious and extremely clean and also very quiet. Would definitely stay again when next in Manchester.

Beautiful private apartment in Luxury Rural escape

Even before we arrived Barry was so great to communicate with. We arrived a bit early and he was so flexible about us getting in. The lodge was beautiful and had everything we needed, the surroundings so peaceful as we walked to our private hot tub in our special Brook Bottom dressing gowns. We relaxed listening to the bubbling brook and really chilled out. To make our stay even more special I had a treatment with the lovely Michelle, she was so lovely and accommodating. If only we weren’t 3 hours drive away I would become a regular. Thank you Brook Bottom for a wonderful treat. ❤️

I was surprised to find an hotel of this quality on AirBnB. It was only a few quid more than lots of AirBnb properties in the area which were all sharing bathrooms. Shrigley Hall is an exceptional place for the money. My only regret was that there was non stop rain and I had no chance to explore the grounds.

We received a lovely welcome at the hotel and directed to where we were staying. The hotel is well furnished and great service. We were given keys to the cottage, which was next door but one to the hotel. The cottage was clean, beds were comfy and rooms nicely decorated. We were staying here to attend a wedding at Padiham town hall. It was within easy walking distance. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Thank you

honestly, this place was absolutely amazing, great value for money and felt like we have had a proper well rested break, the spa is amazing so if you want a peaceful break come here

If you’re looking for a quiet place with a friendly atmosphere that’s filled with a lot of natural lighting plus energy, this is certainly the location to visit. Such friendly hosts and great to have a dog-friendly stay. In fact the dog was made welcome everywhere including the restaurant we found to eat at - Alfredo’s - in Stockport. The pub is great - lovely feeling of history, such warm hosts and the room was clean and comfy. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the centre of Stockport is! Lovely bars and places to eat. Great place for an overnight and easy access to the motorway to head home next morning. Thank you!
