Jade was a very helpful host. The area is traditional for the area, lovely nature reserve on back of rear garden for walks. The cottage is just lovely. Warm and cosy. We will definitely return here.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house is spacious with plenty of ensuite bathrooms. It was cosy, comfortable and perfect for us as a group of friends but would be good for families too. The location is lovely- it is set in a charming area with a shop just a minute away. We loved the fact it is surrounded by picturesque English villages with quaint cafes, restaurants and really gorgeous old pubs with open fires. Lovely rambles on the doorstep too. The house itself was idyllic and spotlessly clean. French doors in the main bedroom and living room open to stunning lake views creating a peaceful, nature-filled retreat. Waking up to birdsong and watching ducks on the lake was magical. Handy for quick access to Manchester and airport and great value for money. The host was helpful. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

Lovely little holiday let, very clean and tidy. Jennifer was a fantastic host very responsive and incredibly friendly. Our kids loved the boxes of toys to play with and the sweets! Thanks for a wonderful stay/Mother’s Day treat.

Super three bedroom house in a location convenient for many of Manchester's attractions.

Wow, what a location! We enjoyed the lake so much, it was a very peaceful place to stay. The house is warm, clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and the treat tray was very enjoyable. Altogether a great stay, thank you so much. Can’t wait to come back and watch the beautiful swans again 😍

Where do I start with this review? Chris is one of the most genuine, caring and wonderful people you will ever meet! He saved us from a horrific amount of stress whilst holidaying in Mexico! For some background we had to move out of our home just before going due to an internal soil pipe leak and had been living between parents and hotels just before our family holiday of a lifetime. Whilst we were away the insurers and loss adjustors agreed signed off for a long stay or let meaning we then had to try and find somewhere whilst we were on the other side of the world! I dropped Chris a message and just WOW… What a guy, if it wasn’t for him we’d have likely ruined what remained of our holiday. His place is stunning, so homely and in a beautiful location - everything you need on your doorstep with the most incredible host! It is not a shock Chris carries a 5 Star rating and it is well and truly deserved, do not hesitate and book or reach out! You won’t be disappointed, thanks Chris! 🫶

Diana was an amazing host. She ensured that our check in was easy and self explanatory. Her home is absolutely stunning, it’s a spacious beautiful new build with a spacious garden. The home was absolutely clean and we had no issues at all with anything. The home is located in an amazing area and was easy for us to get around Manchester. There was a lot of local shops in the area. She provided us with a descriptive video explaining how use the essentials in the home such as the heater , checking in etc. She had very good communication throughout our stay and was so lovely. Diana even gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco Rose which perfectly fitted the theme as me and my two friends were staying for my graduation celebration. Overall, we had an amazing time and will 100% be staying there again!

Following a fire at our property we were in desperate need of a property for several months and we came across Myles property. It was exactly what we needed, near our house and schools, house was super clean and home from home for us. It was an actual life saver and we were grateful for being able to stay. Myles was a great host and very responsive and flexible. Definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay was lovely, the price was very reasonable and Fatima was very quick to respond to our messages. There was a disruption to the water at one point due to some nearby construction and she was very quick to send someone to check on the water, which we really appreciated. But a couple of things could really have improved our stay. My girlfriend felt that a small bin in the bathroom would have been very handy and we were also disappointed to find that there were no cereal bowls or pasta dishes in the property, only plates, so we had to pick up some extra crockery.

Our host was one of the best hosts I have ever come across, the hospitality and state of the flat was just exceptional. Anything we needed we were provided and treated like kin. I would recommend to anyone coming to stay in Manchester.

Very good location and lots of space, highly recommend

Fabulous place in the perfect location, easy access, privacy, loads of space. Was immaculate on arrival, lovely and warm and with everything we needed for a short break. Had our 2 dogs with us and its perfect for them.

Great stay for the entire 4 weeks stay. The apartment located in high standard new building area called The Assemble, Very high security. Location excellent in the heart of the city, all our needs by walking distance. 15 Minutes to the center, shopping mall, restaurant, coffees, Train station ( Piccadilly) very close. We had Super Host gentlemen MR Niklos was very close to us and respond to our needs & clarification. Future visit to Manchester will be with him.

We had a lovely stay. Great views. Lovely cottage which had everything we needed for us and our two young kids. The kids loved feeding the animals. Nice walk to the reservoir nearby. Some lovely additional touches like cute little toys left out for our little one!

we had a fantastic stay here. the cottage is beautiful, the garden with pod is perfect to enjoy the local scenery. it was the best sleep I've had in months, so quiet! John was always on hand if neded and very friendly & helpful. we felt very welcome. the cottage has everything you need and more!! I especially loved the history of the house and the way if was decorated/accessorised. my daughter absolutely loved it!! she is 10 and was very sad to leave. I'm certain we will return! the pub up the road was amazing...a lovely walk for tea! food was delicious and very good value. I would highly recommend this cottage and can't wait to come back. thank you John for being a wonderful host and letting us share in the history of this magnificent building.

Overall it was fantastic and would recommend staying here for the immediate surroundings. We had fantastic weather for April so we could sit out on the patio and enjoy the view and the kids enjoyed the garden which was big enough to play football and rounders in. The only nitpick we had were the towels provided were very hard and scratchy and after using a lovely bath or shower the towels were not nice to use. So maybe bring your own in case they are not replaced soon. Although this did not affect us as the weather was great. If it did rain a lot and you were stuck in the downstairs lounge or dining area has no view of the lovely lake you can see from outside. There are views from upstairs main bedroom windows though.

Such a fabulous place to stay in. The back door leads to a stunning outdoor decking where you can look out and you would have the most beautiful views of the farm. The complimentary games such as Dominoes and a little farm-style chess game that have been put out for guests is such great fun with families. Not only that but binoculars are there to view the lovely views right outside which is amazing. Everything was clean, the place is spacious and it's overall just a cosy place to be in.

Natalie's place is a perfect! The location is one of the kind with Carsington Water views and rolling fields in the distance. If you like the outdoors and farm life and being surrounded by beautiful scenery, this is the place to stay! We loved it there. Listening to the farm livestock hussle and nloises, being close up - is what I think made is special for us. We could walk with the dogs on a lead though their field. The cottage was great - had everything you needed, comfy and had a lovely homely feel to it. Clean & tidy place. The Hot Tub was a bonus, we didn't get the chance to walk with the Alpacas, but saw them in the distance. I'd recommend it. Thank you Natalie!

quaint charming comfortable cottage in a lovely village walking distance to pubs and restaurants and beautiful lake with boathouse converted to a tea room overlooking lake. For us carparking was the only issue we had was trying to find a safe place to park and leave the car on returning to property due to narrow lanes and trying not to obstruct pathways for pedestrians as was busy with cars already parked but it did not spoil the lovely weekend we had there. Everyone you meet were very welcoming and friendly 😊

Fantastic stay. Zeta was a great host and was very quick to sort out any small issues, and this place ticked so many boxes. Peaceful, comfortable, relaxing, great bathroom, access to swimming pool/sauna/jacuzzi/steam room…I could go on. There isn’t too much in the immediate surroundings so you need to drive to get anywhere, but if you want a rest, whilst still being able to work and enjoy home comforts this place is perfect. Hope to return here one day.
