Perfect place to stay in Manchester! Great location, the place is exactly as described and as it looks in the photos. Michelle is an excellent host, provides lots of information before arriving and is very responsive all throughout (even at midnight when we had some trouble with the lights!). The place was stunning amazing scenery the host was so helpful throughout our stay and the cottages was beautiful inside and out the decor was stunning bathrooms kitchen very modern wish we could of stayed longer had a great family time xx

Hired the house for 4 weeks for a business. Lovely area, big house, lots of space, not sterile like a lot of airbnb can be. Great for a family or friends/family to get away together

Location ideal for people visiting the city, buses can be found just round the corner and take minutes to get into the centre. The neighbourhood was quiet and friendly. House was spotless, had everything we needed in all the rooms. Spacious, comfortable bedrooms and a nice sociable living space. Check in/out was easy and stress free and the host was very responsive. Would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, a light, bright modern property with plenty of space for a larger family and would definitely stay again if visiting this area.

This apartment is homely, spacious and spotless. The host is excellent at communicating with you and provides photos to help with checking in and parking. I would definitely recommend this property.

Ciarans place was exactly as advertised and made for a comfortable stay.

Great location for countryside walks and also for catching the train into Manchester within half hour.

Victorias place was just as advertised and more. The garden onto the canal was definitely the highlight and my kids spent the entire week out there fishing and paddle boarding. The house was spacious and really nice with a personal touch. I highly recommend Victorias to anyone looking for a spacious, homely place in a great location.

I can't thank Philip and his partner enough. The place was spotless, everything in working order, and hot tub heated. We even received a lovely welcome package. We got a little merry and stayed up later than planned, and Philip and his partner were very accommodating and polite despite us not adhering to the noise curfew.

We really enjoyed our stay in William’s Airbnb. Fully equipped with all basic necessities and the house itself is so warm and cosy! William is also kind enough to allow us to check in early and it really made our stay more comfortable. The house is spotless and has a lot of things to offer. Thank you William! This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. We stayed here for a weekend away as a group of school mates all turning 30. The property was the perfect base for us, providing us with the best possible experience. We’re an active, activity based bunch and this stay had something for everyone. Multiple activities, from the pool table, darts board, table tennis, air hockey, and yes the Pool and Sauna. Many of my friends couldn’t believe just what we had found for this stay. Private use of the pool is a great bonus. All beds were made, fresh linens and towels provided. We used the kitchen to cook our breakfast each morning. There’s ample parking for 3-4 vehicles inside and plenty on street right next to the property, which is a quiet street so not a stress. Whilst the decor is aged, we are not particular on this and found it added to the charm. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and spots to relax. We would stay again! The host was fantastic in communication and response to questions posed and made the whole process easy.

Fantastic find. Already recommended to friends and family. The cottage was really well equipped which was a pleasant surprise, there was even cupcake/yorkshire pudding tins, teapots, washing up liquid/dishwasher tabs. Could more than easily cook a full Sunday roast here. Great swimming pool, games room and play area. Lots of BBQs dotted around for when the weathers a bit better and a field next to the play area for the kids to run around. Great bike storage/repair station. Pub across the room also has a play area in the garden but closes at 8pm during the week so not a late one! You’ll need 3 x £1 coins for washer and 1 x £1 coin for dryer. £1s also needed for pool table/football table. It is a very busy main road directly outside, the road noise wasn’t noticeable within the property but with small children we had to be super cautious walking down to Carsington, so many trucks hammering down the road. Carsington was a fab day out for a walk/cycle/play area/visitor centre/cafe etc

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse - the postcode took us to the farm, but the cottages were close by and easy to find. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and there was plenty of space for 10. The kids loved the swimming pool and football field. Highly recommended.

The house was absolutely incredible and excellent value for money. It was in stunning surroundings, the hot tub was amazing and the exclusive booking system for use of the pool was a lovely addition. The house was spotless and full of character and the private garden was also wonderful. The beds were really comfortable and there was just the right balance of charm, space and comfort. We definitely struck gold when booking this gem. Thanks so much for all of your support in making this a trip to remember!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The space is great and as an extra bonus, you get to use a heated pool and brilliant games room. We went early Jan and there was loads of snow, as well as pretty cold temperatures, but the house warmed up very quickly and we were always more than comfortable. The property is close enough to Bakewell for a short drive or taxi ride, should you want to venture into town. We're thinking about going back in the summer.

Four generations of our family enjoyed a memorable weekend at Harlequin Cottage. Finding somewhere to suit toddlers, the elderly and a dog wasn't easy but this felt like home from home. Angela fielded an array of questions from my family with patience and provided a lovely welcome hamper. We loved the flock of wooden ducks, the toiletries and views.
