Little bit of Magic - Witchcraft

Thank you for your interest in staying in my magical, mystical hovel while I'm out of town. My name is Helga Hexley and I'm an old hag aged just over 300 years. I'm neither a good witch nor a bad witch; I mostly keep myself to myself - which is probably why I have lasted so long. My hovel is hidden away down a spooky alley and you will be sent secret instructions how to find it. It's just a 20 minute walk to the city centre along the river path or less than a minute on a broomstick.
