Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the Little House is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village with a safe garden for dogs and children. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and meals, is a mere 20m across the square, it is best to reserve a table. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

Relax in this peaceful location. Hemingbrough is a small village with easy access to York, Leeds and Hull. The village has a pub which is within easy walking distance as well as local shops. There is a farmshop nearby which sells good Yorkshire produce to take away and also has a restaurant. York is 20 minutes away with its impressive Minster and other attractions including 2 theaters. A number of historic houses are close by which makes the Annexe a perfect base for exploring the local area.

Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. The Old Stables is a self-contained unit in a private courtyard detached from the main house in Tadcaster, N. Yorkshire. Tadcaster is a lovely old brewery town, 10 miles S. West of York and 12 miles N. East of Leeds. The Old Stables is located a short 5 minute walk from the town centre which offers a range of fantastic pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. The Annex is a great space that we have recently converted into a modern, self-contained living area for two (plus maybe a little one). Initially, it was just meant for friends & family but we would love to share our mini-space with you. We are in a fantastic location & there may even be a fresh egg for you in the morning! Excellent road links to the A1(M) & 1.5m from the sought after village of Boston Spa. A vibrant high street & a fantastic selection of independent bars, cafes & shops.
