Flat was absolutely flawless! Tastefully decorated, warm and thoroughly cleaned before we checked in. Host was very friendly, easy to reach, had great recommendations, gave us clear instructions on how to check in and out and allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in. A really perfect location, less than a ten minute walk to anything we wanted to do in York the second time staying with this host and can't fault them. Rooms are clean warm and as described, very cosy very much worth every penny.

We stayed for 2 nights to attend our daughter's graduation. The flat was perfect for our group of 4 adults and very well located for the university and for eating out in the evenings. Wish we had had more time to go to the Art Gallery and do some shopping as well! Would stay there again.

This place is great. Me and some friends came on a trip to York for the weekend, the flat was lovely and clean and it was a great location to the city centre. Overall a really amazing weekend, and a really amazing place to stay, would reccomd.

Had a lovely stay perfect location

The stay was fabulous, the location is very central and everything is within a five minute walk. The lovely receptionist was ever so polite and helpful and was on hand to help wherever she could. Great business to stay with

Ideal place and ideal location for what we wanted. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed and close to town centre and food places. Would stay again

Lovely modern fresh apartment. Clean and comfortable beds although not king sized as advertised. Not too hot and you don’t hear any noise from the road. A short walk to the center. Parking was a bit difficult we parked on a street 5 minutes walk away first night and then found Morrisions car park which was £8.50 for 24 hrs and a short walk. There is a small patch of grass nr the Costa for your dog.

Great location, good host

Im really glad we found this place! It had everything we needed and location was perfect! Directly opposite shambles and an M&S foodhall !what else do you need!

Hosts are super responsive and friendly although I have to say there was no need to communicate with them throughout our stay as everything went smoothly! Building is perfectly located in centre of town. Flat within building faces the road but away from the motorway which helps with the road noise although it is still audible. Being on the ground floor is a bonus in terms of accessibility with luggage. Flat is as per photos, very tastefully decorated and equipped. Fresh linen and plenty of towels provided. WiFi worked without an issue.

The place was modern and facilities were great. Agent responsive and had no issues. Recommend stay.

The Laithe is a well presented cottage in a beautiful part of West Yorkshire on the outskirts of Huddersfield. Ideally positioned for walking and sight seeing the cottage was clean, cosy and homely. It has everything you need and we would highly recommend it.
