Our cottage was completely renovated in 2021 and is in a great location for walkers, cyclists, and explorers. With easy access to York by car, bus, cycle track or (in the summer months) riverbus, you can explore the city’s history or the beauty of the surrounding countryside. This one-bedroomed cottage is well-equipped and private, with the owners next door for information or advice on your visit.

The old timbers have been retained but are not obtrusive, where the height of the interior allows the original A frame roof timbers add that necessary rustic charm to what is now a modern property.
