This place is the most peaceful setting, waking up to a view of the hills, the foliage, the sheep & the cry of the pheasants. It was great! Excellent proximity to trails. Close to town. The space was perfectly appointed, and had all the things we needed to stay comfortably with our 6 month old. I would certainly recommend if you’re needing a recharge in the countryside. And Tanya was quick to respond as needed.

A lovely lodge in a small holiday park, the pool was an added bonus (outside and unheated but nice for a quick dip!)

Thank you so much for an amazing stay. The barn was beautiful and spacious and perfect for socialising with friends or family. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, our only gripe was that we wish we had booked longer!!

Great communications from the host with some suggestions for walks/ days out and also responsive to queries. The accommodation itself is lovely and as per the photos. The real gem is the lovely waterfront view, especially enjoyed in the late afternoon sunshine. We liked Calstock and enjoyed the walk around the wetlands and to Cotehele and back and the mobile Pizza on Wednesday evenings is to be recommended. The Calstock ferry had just restarted and this would also be a nice way to head up to Cotehele and back once the schedule is fully established. Provisions need to be brought in from outside the village though, we found the Asda Express near Gunnislake pretty good for that.

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Widemouth Bay! The air bnb was perfect for our family stay. It had everything you needed, was well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated. The beach is literally a stones throw away which was fantastic with the glorious weather we had. We also had a great lunch at The Beach house which is also walking distance from the property. Rachel was a fantastic host and answered all our questions promptly. Thank you for such a lovely stay, we hope to come and stay again soon!

Loved staying in Ken's place. Lovely location close to everything we wanted to do - yet far enough away from busy roads that it was super quiet and peaceful. Ken was very helpful with recommendations and the house was very comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommended.

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

We had booked in for a very short stay of only two nights but we wish it had been longer, much longer. We cannot fault The Signal Box; everything to make a stay pleasant, convenient and enjoyable had been thought of. The exceptional view, the history of Luckett Station, the friendly sheep, the hot-tub, the superbly comfortable bed - all combined to make this an experience that we will remember for a long time to come. The entire property was beautifully kept, with immaculate gardens and a very high standard inside. The instructions for access on arrival to the property were clear and easy to follow and the business is obviously very well run. Definitely worth recommending to others and a return visit. Thank you for having us.

We spent the half term break at Little Burston with our two young children, we had a wonderful time. The accommodation was everything we hoped from the previous brilliant reviews and more. A clean, bright and large space. Well equipped with everything you could want (games, DVD’s, kitchen utensils). A tranquil and peaceful setting not far away from Dulverton and within striking distance of lots of activities. The hot tub kept the adults happy and the kids loved the garden, trampoline and games of football. Carol was a great host, instructions left at the property were clear and easy. Walking recommendations all great. Goats and chickens out of the kitchen window was a highlight for the kids. Up there with the best Airbnb’s we’ve been to in the UK. We would not hesitate to return, if visiting North Devon again and couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

We loved our stay at Anna’s place. It’s in the beautiful North Devon countryside but well situated to explore the rest of the area. We enjoyed using the pool but meeting the animals was definitely a highlight! We’ll be back to stay again :)

What a charming and peaceful cottage - every detail was thoughtfully considered to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The welcome hamper was such a lovely touch, and finding fresh milk in the fridge was a delight. The cottage itself is spotless and well-equipped, with cozy bedding and fluffy towels that made us feel right at home. Newly refurbished pool was great and very clean. Located in a beautiful Ruby country woodland setting, it’s the perfect retreat to truly unwind for a few days. The cottage is ideally placed, not far by car from Dartmoor National Park, you can reach most of Devon within 1 -1.5 hour, some parts of Cornwall are easily accessible. Enclosed by Dartmoor, Exmoor and the north coast of Devon and Cornwall, Ruby Country is the ideal base for a relaxing visit. There is a lot to see and do. Nick was a great host - friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

We loved our trip to Goodleigh. The farm was beautiful, the stables were beautiful - the hot tub was a real treat. The kids loved the rope swing and we played many of the games. The place was just beautiful, the decor, location and comfy beds were perfect for our week away. We visited some lovely beaches (30 min drive tops), Combe Martin and Lynton/ Lynmouth were favourites of ours. We visited a recommended pub - The Black Venus Inn was amazing, food was great. A perfect week and would 100% recommend.

We loved our mini break in the bus, and only wished we could have stayed longer. This Airbnb softened the blow of my 31st birthday. The location is idyllic; you are completely alone in nature (apart from the wildlife!), and the surroundings are stunning. We loved being by the lake, having the firepit, and the wood burner in the bus was perfect too. The dog did not want to leave, he got to properly stretch his legs, and enjoy freedom, without the fear of other dogs coming up to him. We will be recommending this place to all of our friends. We had a fantastic stay. The house was great for our family and dog and the hot tub was a huge hit all round. The cinema room was great to relax in and the house was well stocked. Sophie was extremely helpful with a late check out which was much appreciated and our Grandson loved grooming the horses. We are looking to book again for later in the year. Fabulous Easter break.

This property is beautifully finished, with careful little details throughout from the basket of local supplies to the app with all the guidance you'd need. It feels like the hosts have stayed themselves and understood how people would stay, with hooks and plugs where needed, kitchen setup to be useful. Jonathan and Teresa met us on arrival and checked everything was ok for us and were very welcoming. The cabin has everything you need, it's warm and cozy. The decking with bbq, outdoor bath and seating is amazing. We used the bath even in the rain, as it was toasty warm. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely accommodation. Beds comfortable. Bathroom and shower room well appointed. Everything you needed for self catering. Slightly unusual to be advised to check everything on arrival for damages! We was a couple but would highly recommend this accommodation for families as lots to do on holiday park.

We had the most wonderful stay with Elaine and Simon, who were the perfect hosts and became great friends with our kids (who want to go back immediately). They were kind enough to take the girls around the farm every morning, which the girls adored (and we also loved!). The barn was perfect - exactly how it looks in the pictures, immaculately clean, perfectly set up with everything you could need. We could not have had a more lovely holiday and are so very grateful to our super lovely hosts.

A little slice of paradise! This unique farm stay was the perfect escape—peaceful, beautiful, and full of charm. We stayed in the little farmhouse, which was very well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. The property itself is stunning, with a glamping setup and a fantastic tented bar area that would be perfect for weddings or events. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

The Linhay was lovely and in the most beautiful and peaceful setting. The only sounds were the wind in the trees, the birds and the lambs in the distance, it was pure heaven! The apartment was lovely, no expense spared and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. There was private outside space with bbq provided, no light pollution crystal clear view of the sky. Lovely welcome pack, would definitely return x

when we pulled up we was welcomed straight away and told to have a lovely time and of we needed anything to let them know which was immediately reassuring we walked into the building at it was open modern and clean and spacious with so many nice features with a gorgeous view would definitely stay again
