this is a beautiful location and fabulous cottage!

Lovely house and garden minutes from a great beach. The open plan living space was great for our holiday. The house was great for our (soon to be) two year old daughter. Bedrooms were spacious and the whole place had a nice feel.

A wonderful haven, tucked away but easy to find. The bungalow was spotless and very welcoming. Lots of little welcome gifts left, not just for us but also for our dog. Garry is a very thoughtful host, nothing is too much trouble for him and Julie, they made our stay wonderful. There is a huge amount of information in the property for the surrounding areas and Combe Martin itself is a wonderful village, with very friendly people, who made us feel right at home. We loved the place so much that we have already booked again for next year.

What a great find! This bungalow was lovely, comfortable, warm and homely. There was a games console and dvds (although we didn’t get chance to try them). The beds were really comfy. The views from the holiday village were amazing…Even on the most miserable of days. We stayed during half term, so there was a bit of kids entertainment on most evenings in the family bar, but even if there wasn’t, there are books and games galore, besides the outdoor ones. Limited food availability (very basic) but there is a lovely restaurant across the road in walking distance too. Close enough to travel to any other Cornwall sights. Would definitely stay again. My son stayed at the holiday place with his support staff. They said the place was very nice and there was lots to do with lovely walks, restaurant nearby, Pub with live music. I would book this place again.

Was exactly as described, a lovely bungalow, with beautiful smelling flowers on the path up to the front door. Good place if you want explore Dartmoor (and meet the ponies), and Exeter. The beach in Exmouth was lovely and was very close.

We loved our stay at this property. The view is perfect, the photos don’t quite capture how brilliant it is having such an amazing view from practically any part of the property. Everything was clean and tidy. Local restaurants within a 15 minute walk. We recommend the Thai place by the sea front. The location is great for walks on coastal paths.

Perfect location and incredible views from the lounge window. Amazing sunsets too! The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and settees. Outdoor space was also vast - great for outdoor dining/bbqs. Easy access to beaches - Woolacombe Bay as well as Barricane Beach for a curry! Easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Welcome pack was greatly received, thank you! Great communication and very helpful! Hope to be back again!

Stayed here for 2 nights mid week. Fantastic place, very clean,ideal location for us. Easy check in and helpful host. Hot tub was a plus with the views. Highly recommend. Would definitely return.

Had a wonderful stay the property was exactly as described lovely spacious rooms and a beautiful garden. Everything in the house was clean and good and of a good quality lovely bedding and a comfortable bed. It was a short walk to the lovely village with everything you would need for your holiday, sauton sands beach a short drive away was wonderful and beautiful sunsets. Couldn't fault this property and definitely return and recommend.

A great place for our family to stay. There are 6 of us so the 3 bedrooms work and 2 bathrooms is a great amenity. The cottage is very well equipped. The communal space was roomy for board games in the evenings. We will definitely visit again and have would recommend to friends and family. Thank you

The bungalow is gorgeous and the lounge is so spacious. Personally I don't think the photos do it justice! It was spotlessly clean and the location for us was perfect as it allowed us to sit out on the decking whilst our boys played in the playground with their new found friends! Considering it is a big site, I found it really peaceful. The pool was brilliant and the lifeguards were super friendly! The beach is a short drive away with LOTS of parking so you never have to worry about getting there super early. Lots of rock pools to go exploring in too. Fabulous Bungalow, fab location and would definitely recommend!!

A fantastic get away! An incredible house, well presented, much bigger than the photos look, and in a private but will positioned location to explore. Rachel was a great host, very friendly and proactive, very through and detailed book of things to do/places to see etc, very amenable to having an infant and dog with with lots of facilities and equipment well thought out. It's a shame we didn't have the best weather as we would have loved to have made more of the beautiful garden and facilities.

Straightforward communication and check in/out process was very smooth. Perfect location for attending an event at the sandy cove hotel next door. Lovely south facing garden got lots of sunshine ! Plenty of parking space. Thanks for a great stay.

This was our second stay at The Lugger and we’ve had a wonderful time. The location is great for accessing the Camel Trail and it’s an easy walk to the centre of Wadebridge. The Lugger had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and it’s lovely and secluded with good parking. Thank you Sophie and Lee for another brilliant stay!
