L’appartamento si presenta bene, piccolo ma accogliente. C’è tutto l’indispensabile sia per una permanenza corta che lunga. L’appartamento si trova in una stradina chiusa con affianco un piccolo parcheggio, la zona è tranquilla, c’è un tabacchino, un bar e un forno e a soli 13 min a piedi c’è un Conad. Vi troverete vicino all’aeroporto ma le finestre sono ben insonorizzate, siamo riusciti a riposare serenamente. Consiglio decisamente questo appartamento che si trova a soli 20 min da Firenze.

What a apartment! It felt like a design studio in New York. The location was perfect and close to many of Pratos hidden gems. Patrizia sas a superb host and bery helpful. I will be back for sure!

Fermatevi qui per qualche giorno di pace e armonia e lasciatevi affascinare dalle storie di questi luoghi raccontate da Marco e Alessandro, persone accoglienti e gentili. Il loro entusiasmo per il borgo e i sentieri che lo circondano è contagioso. Condividete le serate gustando un buon bicchiere di vino, rinfrescatevi al ruscello sotto casa e esplorate i sentieri intorno alla casa immersa nel bosco. La casetta è provvista di tutto il necessario: il letto è comodissimo e l'acqua in casa proviene direttamente dal ruscello di montagna, limpida e genuina. Vi consiglio di portare qualche vivero, poiché non ci sono negozi nei dintorni se non a diversi chilometri di distanza. Qui troverete tranquillità assoluta, aria fresca e storie antiche. Niente auto, inquinamento e pericoli per i bambini: un vero sogno! Il tempo passa molto lentamente, riportando il ritmo della vita a una dimensione umana. Abbiamo alloggiato qua per la notte di capodanno visto la casa era molto vicina alla splendida villa la Ferdinanda dove si teneva un evento . Bellissima casa nelle colline e con molta tranquillità super consigliata per chi appunto come dicevo deve partecipare a eventi e matrimoni che si tengano alla villa. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile poiché non aveva prenotazioni il giorno dopo ci ha posticipato l orario di uscita .

Rosanna war Mega nett, und Zucker süß. Sehr hilfsbereit, und hat uns viele Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung vorgeschlagen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, man hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl und werden wieder kommen. 10/10 punkten. Danke Rosanna.

Annalisa's place was a beautiful overlook of a beautiful Tuscan countryside. While not very walkable the hill side villa is close to several local restaurants. Between her gracious nature as host and the comfortable warm atmosphere- it was truly a home away from home.

Io e i miei amici (gruppo di 6 persone) siamo stati bene. La casa è carina, ordinata e vicina a svariati sentieri dove fare passeggiate, e la cucina è molto fornita. La persona che ci ha accolto, inoltre, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Le uniche scomodità della casa riguardano i bagni, che sono piccoli, e la stanza-seminterrato che è dislocata dalla casa principale; per gruppi non numerosi e per soggiorni brevi è perfetta

We hebben genoten in dit heerlijke huis! Het was rustig, ik werkte hier remote en de WiFi was super snel! Lapo reageerde snel, vriendelijk en ons hondje kon ook mee. De woning is zeer ruimtelijk en heeft een heerlijke grote patio. Als je bus 35 pakt en daarna loopt naar het centrum is dat prima te doen. Zeer hondvriendelijk in het openbaar vervoer en in restaurants. Dank voor de gastvrijheid!

Vincenzos und Dilias Appartmentanlage ist abgelegen und lädt zum relaxen ein. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist zwar beim ersten Mal aufregend, man gewöhnt sich aber dran. Die Lage ist perfekt, um prato, Pistoia und Florenz zu erkunden. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und bietet eine perfekte Auswahl. Das Zimmer ist schön und sehr großzügig. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet viele Möglichkeiten, sich auch außerhalb des Zimmers aufzuhalten.

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

Basic Studio and nteresting experience! Arriving just before midnight, we found the road to the property a bit creepy—like something straight out of a scary movie. Perfect for those who enjoy a little thrill! But once we passed through the gate and parked, we were met by two adorable cats who decided they were our new best friends. They followed us into the studio and insisted on curling up at our feet. As animal lovers, we thought it was the best part of our stay! Margherita, our host, was fantastic. She was super responsive and always ready to help, which was a relief given the spooky drive. A little warm water in the morning and some basic essentials like toilet paper would be nice for future guests, but we managed it anyhow. Waking up to the stunning view surrounded by nature made us forget any doubts we had from the night before. The creepy road didn’t seem so bad in daylight! Overall, it was a lovely experience—just be prepared if you’re not a fan of cats! 😄

Magnifique très grande propriété clôturée, avec 400 oliviers, des figuiers, des cyprès, .... Une très grande piscine bien entretenue et propre. Une terrasse couverte sur 3 côtés de la maison, avec possibilité d'éclairages (très pratique pour nos jeux de société jusqu'à tard le soir). Accès facile et commerces à 10 minutes en voiture. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Dans le séjour, il y a une magnifique table en bois - que nous n'avons pas utilisée car nous avons toujours mangé dehors. Il y a deux salles de bains. Les 3 chambres à coucher sont à l'étage. La climatisation fonctionne très bien et dans toutes les pièces principales. C'est un paradis pour une famille avec jusqu'à 4 enfants, dans une vallée reculée de la Toscane. Dommage, nos vacances sont déjà finies. Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps !

Das Apartment ist gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zugleich angenehm unaufdringlich. Ein idealer Ort, um dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen, abzuschalten und neue Energie zu tanken. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

très belle maison de caractère au milieu des vignes et des oliviers, proche des principaux centres touristiques de la Toscane. La maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, au calme et domine la campagne toscane. La piscine, en contrebas de la maison, est un havre de paix, un espace privilégié en pleine nature. Barbara est une hôte très sympathique, discrète et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture, elle a tout fait pour trouver une solution rapide et nous accompagner au garage. C'est une adresse que nous recommandons vivement

Un havre de paix, très beau lieu, paisible, piscine magnifique, le restaurant génial et surtout le personnel du lieu d’une gentillesse incroyable et plein d’attentions comme nous apporter le café ou encore nous offrir du vin. Nous avons adoré notre séjour

Elisa é stata un Host molto precisa, simpatica e piena di energie. La casa con tantissimi confort é arredata con gusto inoltre é piena di libri interessanti. Ottima per le famiglie e collegamenti facili con Firenze (ogni mezz’ora).

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato da Corrado per tre notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Alloggio con tutti i comfort necessari, pulito ed ordinato. Nonostante si trovi sulla strada, gli infissi nuovi fanno sì che non si senta alcun rumore proveniente dall’esterno. Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti da un tram che porta direttamente a Firenze.

Massimo was an excellent host. He went above and beyond and was always happy to do so. He and his lovely wife meet us for check in, showed us around and even made sure we could go to a restaurant for lunch. All communication was easy and very helpful. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Prato is a beautiful city and I hope to go back one day. Highly, highly recommend!
