Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Prato

It was just amazing. It felt like a home away from home. The only down side if you’re like me, who likes to shower with boiling water, it runs out relatively quick for a group of 4. The rest of it was simply amazing!

El apartamento es hermoso. Es exactamente a como se ve en las fotos e incluso mejor. La zona es perfecta para descansar, cuenta con una buena oferta gastronómica y está a 15 minutos a pie de una estación de tren que conecta con todo. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y tuvimos una estancia perfecta. Las anfitrionas nos dieron recomendaciones y respondieron todas nuestras dudas al instante. 100% recomendado.

Een fantastische locatie in de buurt van verschillende winkels en restaurants. Alles is makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer of op loopafstand. Een echte aanrader als je voor een paar dagen naar Florence toe wilt. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen!

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben den großen, gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick und den Pool genossen, sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und den Pizzasteinofen im Garten. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist nah an Florenz und anderen sehenswerten Städten. Die Kommunikation, der Check-in und - out verliefen unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Io e i miei amici (gruppo di 6 persone) siamo stati bene. La casa è carina, ordinata e vicina a svariati sentieri dove fare passeggiate, e la cucina è molto fornita. La persona che ci ha accolto, inoltre, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Le uniche scomodità della casa riguardano i bagni, che sono piccoli, e la stanza-seminterrato che è dislocata dalla casa principale; per gruppi non numerosi e per soggiorni brevi è perfetta

Wir haben sehr viel Glück gehabt, mit den Gastgebern. Ein unvergesslicher toller Gastgeber. Wir hatten nach einem Strandbesuch eine Autopanne Richtung Prata. Sie haben von der Abholung bis hin zur Autovermietung ihre ganzen zwei Tage für uns geopfert. So tolle Menschen, wir finden keine Worte dafür, um diese nette Familie zu beschreiben. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, das wir nur allen an Herz legen können, sie werden nichts falsch machen mit einer Buchung in dieser Unterkunft. Super tolle luxuriöse Unterkunft, wunderbare Herzens liebe Menschen. Ich kann nur positives nennen und meine Wörter würden nicht ausreichen um diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt zu beschreiben. Wir werden definitiv gerne wiederkommen und nur weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons été bien accueilli par Giorgia, nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté à communiquer avec elle qui parle bien le français. Le logement était été nickel à notre arrivée et était bien équipé. Nous recommandons ce logement.

The place is ideal for people looking for peace and nature, though not very far from the village. The access road is narrow, but in good conditions. We did not have any problem with finding the location, as Google Maps led us there without fail. A small advice, as the mobile might now work outside the house, I would advise you call a bit before reaching so you do not get stuck outside the gate (there is not bell). The house has a beautiful view on Bilancino lake, surrounded by nature. A comfortable outdoor space, and a very spacious and well furnished kicthen. It is a country house, so it is possible to have a few small insects moving around. It is part of nature and cannot be avoided, notwithstanding the mosquito nets. Overall, a lovely place to stay, comfortable and peaceful

L’appartamento era molto bello e curato nei minimi dettagli! Ci siamo trovati benissimo e consiglio vivamente la prenotazione. A 20 m a piedi siete in centro e la zona è tranquillissima. Lorenzo è stato disponibilissimo e molto gentile!

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

Excelente estadia durante o período que ficamos em Florença. O tamanho do apartamento é muito bom, quartos confortáveis. Localização excelente. Só precisa levar em consideração as muitas escadas pra subir, porém vale muito a pena e super recomendo. Siddik foi atencioso e respondia rápido quando foi necessário.

Très joli appartement décoré avec goût. Il dispose d’une terrasse, un plus. Le quartier est très calme. À 3 minutes du tram pour le centre-ville de Florence. C’est très pratique. Nous avons apprécié également le garage fermé pour la voiture et le magasin bio à côté. Enfin, Daniela a été super réactive dans tous nos messages.

Deanna was a wonderful host. She gave us a lot of good recommendations for restaurants and sights. The apartment was very quaint and clean and suited our group of 4 perfectly. Her hospitality was amazing. Thank you for letting us experience your family home. The garden was beautiful!

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Отличная квартира, Антонио был очень отзывчив. Квартира классная, но больше подойдет для людей без детей, т.к. квартира не сильно приспособлена для детей. Также если у вас много вещей или тяжелые чемоданы, коляска, то от лифта в в квартиру ведет достаточно крутая лестница, т.к. квартира расположена на мансардном этаже.Но имеет 2 очень классные террасы с отличным видом!!! Из минусов лично моих: очень маленькая и не совсем удобная кухня(но это только если вы собираетесь готовить). Не очень хороший напор горячей воды. В остальном квартира понравилась! Спасибо, Антонио!!!

Great apartment to stay in if you want to explore Florence - everything is maximum a 15 minute walk away. Alessandra was a great host and super responsive when we needed anything.
