Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Province of Prato

What an apartment! Tastefully decorated, all the necessary amenities and full of small touches that were very much appreciated. It's clean and quiet, you won't want to move. Daniela is very nice and responds very quickly to your questions. The "favorite" is entirely deserved 😊

We just spent 3 weeks visiting various parts of Italy. The last 5 days were spent here. This cottage was our favorite stay of the entire trip. Gorgeous setting. Up on a mountainside with beautiful views. The gardens were on several terraces. Lots of fun to explore and peaceful to just chill. Although it’s wonderfully isolated, it’s only a 15 minute drive to Prato and a 25 minute train ride from Prato to Florence. Our host, Filippo, was gracious and very communicative.

The former convent, perfectly renovated, combines historical charm with modern efficiency. The property is surrounded by greenery and guarantees privacy and tranquility. The spaces are bright and the interiors are comfortable. Excellent cleaning and services and kind and courteous hospitality. The host Chiara was very kind and always available, very nice. Highly recommended!

Paola was the sweetest and made our stay very enjoyable. We had a lot of rain during our stay so didn’t get to spend as much time outside as I had hoped, but this home was very cozy and the small town nearby made for some easy little outings without having to go into Florence, which was only a 20-30 minute drive. Highly recommend having a car for visiting!

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

Great location. Pistoia, Pisa, Florence, Prado and Siena easy access by car and by train. The building is old and renovated, offering a lot of comfort.

Truly an Amazing place if you look for peace in the middle of the forest. There is a train line 40min by walk to visit Bologna and Firenze. Many hikes around and a super friendly host! Will go back for sure!

Carlo's place is great for families who want to stay close to Florence. Very friendly guest, very cozy rooms, quiet in the backyard with a small garden where children can play. Nearby parking was quite easy to find. We recommend it!

Actually the place does NOT look like the pictures. It is much, much prettier and more impressive than the photos! The home had everything that we needed and was a very comfortable place to stay. It is private and quiet. Even though the weather in December is cool, there were great places to walk around the villa. It was very fortunate we were able to attend Mass at the church in the village on Christmas Eve since it is rarely celebrated there now. The drive up to the villa is challenging, so be aware. It was not a problem, but if you are older or uncomfortable on narrow winding road, it is something to consider. Also, with the cool weather, please note that heating gas is an extra charge. That is only fair as people have different standards for inside temperature and I understand propane is expensive in rural Italy. Cris was amazing -- always friendly and responsive. I wish I was likely to return, but there is a whole world to see. Highly recommended to my family and friends.
