Casa Medicea è gestita dalla signora Graziella che con gentilezza e ospitalità ci ha accolti facendoci sentire a casa. Casa Medicea è accogliente e si trova in un paesino a circa mezz'ora da Firenze. Consiglio questo posto per chi vuole godersi una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità ad un passo dalla bellissima Firenze.

El apartamento es hermoso, amplio, cómodo, limpio y tiene una excelente ubicacion cerca de la estacion de tren. El barrio es tranquilo y es facil estacionar el vehículo. Albis fue muy receptivo y amable. Siempre respondió rápidamente. Fue una estadía excepcional.

Pro někoho, kdo měl v plánu cestovat do okolních měst s centrem bydlení v Pratu, bylo toto ubytování nadmíru dostačující a pohodlné. Malé vlakové nádraží v blízkosti, rychlá cesta vlakem do Florencie, obchod s potravinami nedaleko a i samotné město Prato je krásné. Celkově bych místo doporučil. Jediné mínusy jsou takové, které pronajímatel aktivně ovlivnit nemůže. Např. hluk z okolních bytu, rušnost v ulici nebo zvláštní individua pochodující ulicemi Prata.

Giovanni ci ha ospitato in una casa impeccabile, completa di tutto e pulita. Letti molto comodi. Tutti i servizi facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, anche il tram che porta al centro storico di Firenze.

Πολύ καλά οργανωμένο και πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα, σε ένα ασφαλές και ήσυχο προάστιο της Φλωρεντίας, 40 λεπτά από το ιστορικό κέντρο με τα δημόσια μέσα μεταφοράς. Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης που νοιάζεται και προνοεί για τα πάντα. Για Φλωρεντία οικονομική επιλογή με εξαιρετικά χαρακτηριστικά. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα....

L’appartamento è molto bello, ben attrezzato e in una posizione eccellente, vicino al centro di Sesto Fiorentino e al Polo Scientifico e Tecnologico. Andrea è stato un ottimo anfitrione, sempre attento a garantirci un soggiorno piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

Beautiful flat with very friendly and helpful hosts. Everything was as described and very clean. You can get to the city centre quickly and easily by train. Thank you Federica and Rudi!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso "la tartaruga" soltanto per 2 notti, l'ambiente che si respira è di casa, molto carino, ordinato, ben tenuto e soprattutto tranquillo, Alioscia e Chiara, i proprietari, sono persone estremamente cordiali e disponibili che ci hanno fatto sentire da subito parte della famiglia. All'interno dell'appartamento ci hanno fatto trovare una mini guida per poter visitare la città infatti a solo 10 minuti si trova la fantastica tramvia che in pochi minuti ti porta al centro storico di Firenze, la comunicazione è stata fantastica e non sono mancati i consigli, non ultimo quello per poter consumare una ottima cena con prodotti tipici toscani. Non posso che concludere con un "grazie mille per tutto!".

Coup de cœur pour ce logement et pour l'accueil de Cristina et Marc. Très beau et propre, très bien équipé avec un très bel accueil. L'appartement a été un vrai havre de paix après nos journées chargées à Florence, c'était toujours un plaisir d'y retourner se reposer. On conseille vivement !

Two adults one three year old and one 16 months. We had a good time. Big lawn for the kids, walking distance discount supermarket, 5 minutes driving distance to pastry shops, bread shop and bigger supermarkets, 20 minutes to Prato and big malls. Clean quiet neighborhood, nice people. Clean apartment, big closets, proper kitchen, personally I like better the dish washer than my own. Everything is new. We enjoy the local cuisine/food a lot, do go to try calzone at Pizzeria Gina, the pastry and bread of L' Angolo Del Pane...

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato da Corrado per tre notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Alloggio con tutti i comfort necessari, pulito ed ordinato. Nonostante si trovi sulla strada, gli infissi nuovi fanno sì che non si senta alcun rumore proveniente dall’esterno. Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti da un tram che porta direttamente a Firenze.

Carlo è Nella veramente due persone squisite che ci hanno offerto la miglior accoglienza che si possa desiderare. La casa è perfetta, tutto a disposizione e spazi nuovi e curati nei minimi dettagli. Il nostro alloggio è stato veramente molto piacevole.

Coin tranquille à environs 30 minutes du centre-ville de Florence. Logement très abordable et très confortable. Daiana est très accueillante. Le logement est décoré avec de magnifiques toiles qu'elle a peint elle-même!

Emiliana a été une hôte très gentille et accueillante. Nous sommes venus passer quelques jours en famille dans sa maison tout confort, avec un magnifique jardin. Tout le monde était ravi. Je recommande et y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Great place to stay that’s only 30 minutes from downtown Florence. Trust me, you don’t want to be downtown every day. This area is much quieter yet complete with everything from restaurants on both sides of the apartment, plus a 5 minute walk to the grocery store. To get downtown you can take the #27 bus to Nenni station, then the T1 tram to downtown. Or you can walk 15 minutes to the Aldo Moro T1 station. If you’re coming from the airport, take the T2 downtown then work backwards. Host is very responsive and helpful, we locked ourselves out and they responded less than 15 minutes!!! Everything you need to feel at home is here. Would recommend, thanks.

Absolutely fantastic location… just walk down a street in any direction and you’ll find incredible food, shops, and gelato within a few blocks. If you open the windows in the evening, you might even hear the sound of cello performers or opera singers in the square at the end of the street. It’s truly an idyllic neighborhood. Our host was incredibly proactive and a great communicator. A++ I wish the internet was a bit faster, but that’s Italy… and let’s be honest, this is not a place you come to work remote… It’s a place you come to explore and find serendipitous experiences you could never plan for. If you do need to get some remote work done, I recommend stopping by The Social Hub, which is a 20 minute walk away and a really cool co-working space. All in all… location location location! That’s what matters, and this Airbnb nails it.

Luca’s apartment made our visit to Florence even more enjoyable! The location is perfect—close to everything—and being on the first floor made it super convenient, especially if you prefer not to use the elevator. What we loved the most was how clean and well-equipped the apartment was. Everything we needed was right there. Thank you, Luca, for making our stay smooth and easy. I’ll definitely book with you again whenever I visit Florence!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

a beautiful, one-of-a-kind Airbnb. would highly recommend to any couples. LOVED the snacks and amenities LOVED the full body shower My only critique is the hot water heater is small and could not fill the tub or last more than 15min or so of a hot shower so we were not able to enjoy the tub. very comfortable bed one of the coolest airbnbs I've ever stayed.

Nous avons passé un weekend mémorable et notre séjour était d'autant plus mémorable que nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement très agréable, d'une fraîcheur et d'une propreté remarquable. Notre hôte était très disponible, proactive et vraiment à l'écoute et aux petits soin. Rien à redire, à part que nous gardons cette adresse pour notre prochain séjour à Florence.

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.

Nous avons échangé avec Mattei durant notre séjour qu’à toujours été réactif. Appartement tout à fait semblable aux photos. Avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. Clim et radiateur sont à disposition et les fenêtres des chambres sont doublés pour limiter au maximum le bruit du boulevard. Un kit de bienvenu est offert. A 5 min à pied du tram pour l’aéroport Les procédures d’arrivée, de check out ainsi que la possibilité de laisser nos bagages avant et après notre séjour sont vraiment bien pensés et c’est un gros plus Seul point négatif, les travaux en cours dans l’immeuble au dessus de l’appartement. Gros Travaux de rénovation qui ont eu lieu toute la semaine même le samedi. Nous tenons à souligner les efforts de mattei pour canaliser les ouvriers sur une plage horaire respectable mais avec un enfant en bas âge ça n’a pas été simple. Ayant réservé 3 jours avant nous aurions grandement apprécié être informé de cela avant de le découvrir le lendemain matin à 8h00
