Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Green Estate

The strategic location allows you to reach the city center in a few minutes and the most beautiful cities of Tuscany in 20/40 minutes.(Florence, Lucca, Pisa, the pleasant beaches of Versilia and the peaks of the Pistoia mountains). In addition, Tenuta Verde is 5 minutes away from the highway, allowing you to visit other historical destinations.

Ancient farmhouse with garden

The house, which dates back to around 1600, has been perfectly restored. Its very thick stone walls ensure that the temperature is optimal in winter and summer. In addition to the charm of the old house, it has the advantage of being located on the hill closest to the city center, Pistoia. For this reason, you can admire the view of the city from above. The historic center is only 3 km away. My house is therefore a great starting point for visiting nearby cities such as Prato, Florence and Lucca.

Two-store apartment of 69 square meters: above a bedroom with double bed with the possibility of an additional bed; ground floor: living room with kitchen and fireplace. "La Limonaia" is a farmhouse surrounded by greenery, with a splendid view of the valley below, at short distance from important tourist destinations: cities of art such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa are easily reachable, but it is also possible to enjoy the countryside and pretty medieval towns nearby, ideal destinations for short or long walks. The house is an ancient lemon house completely renovated in typical Tuscan architecture, suitable for holidays for couples or for the whole family.
