We had a lovely family holiday in beautiful surroundings. The accommodation was just as described and the pool a real bonus. Safe for my two grandchildren as it was gated. Lots of lovely local restaurants we went up into the mountain's visited Pisa, the local zoo which has a lovely resturant for lunch. Linda was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. I highly recommend this villa very quiet, peaceful and the surrounding areas stunning.

very beautiful house of character surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, close to the main tourist centers of Tuscany. The house is tastefully furnished, quiet and overlooking the Tuscan countryside. The pool, below the house, is a peaceful oasis, a privileged space in the heart of nature. Barbara is a very friendly, discreet and attentive host. We had a problem with our car, she did everything to find a quick solution and accompany us to the garage. This is a property that we would highly recommend

The villa itself is a piece of art. All decorations and furniture are selected with care and they are so refined. The house is spacious and clean, with all kitchenwares we needed. We liked the view from garden. We didn't have the chance to use the pool cause it's still chill in April. It's a perfect choice when you travel with a group of 10 people. The owner has a restaurant named "4 elementi" 700m away from the villa and we'd highly recommend it! We hope to go back again both the villa and the restaurant.

Super beautiful house in the heart of Tuscany. Rose is a caring host and is there for any further redos. She is living right next door and can help immediately if needed. When we had a blackout, she was there right away without having to text her. Would recommend to stay for a quiet getaway.

Words cannot describe quite how wonderful this place is. We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful, the location was more peaceful than you could ever imagine. John and Cath were incredible hosts who were extremely responsive and kind. They provided a fab document giving so much useful info on the property and the local area, they took away all the stress of having to find those good restaurants and the best places to visit. We were a family of 4, the property was glorious, we will be back!

We stayed in 8 people for 3 nights. The two apartments offer everything you need and a small depandance also gives space for two additional places. House equipped with all the comforts and strategically located to visit the beautiful Tuscan surroundings. Lucca at 30 ', Florence 50', Pistoia 20 '. In the surrounding charming village of Montecarlo, with good dining solutions. In summer you can enjoy a large garden and a swimming pool, as well as a barbecue area. Absolutely recommended in all seasons

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

We couldn’t believe our luck, when we arrived at Lo Scopeto. Such a beautiful place. The views, the pool and the house. The house is even more spacious and pretty than on the photos. It’s clear that this is more than a rental. The fact that the owners use the house themselves means that they have thought of everything to make you feel welcome and entertained; a fully stocked library, comfortable beds, lots of kitchen utensils (not a given with airbnb rentals) and spot-on recommendations for the area. We loved our stay here and warmly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!). Excellent place. The villa was kitted out with everything one could need and the host was very attentive and helpful. Two minor points were that the aircon is not in the bedrooms only on the landing and the internet TV did not work most of the time. This was not a problem though.Montecarlo is beautiful and close to visit Lucca and Florence.

Beautiful home and helpful and kind host. I stayed with 7 of my friends, each couple had their own double bedroom with bathroom in each room. The house is surrounded by greenery and the pool area is a dream. The description matches and the house is full of goodies. The barbecue is functional and in a convenient location. We only stayed 3 days but we'll be back for sure!

A beautiful week relaxing in this exceptional villa - amazing to have somewhere so old but also thoughtfully updated (with air conditioning and insect nets on the windows). Luca was very helpful and quick when we needed some help with resetting electrics. We had lovely day trips and evenings relaxing by the pool.

Everything is perfect. Very kind and helpful host. He also gave us local recommendations. We will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended!
