Benedetta was the perfect host! The location was perfect for us with a small park to exercise our dog and a fenced garden. There is a pastercceria a stone's throw which did excellent coffee too. We also made use of the local butcher who had some very appetising produce.

Our stay at Casa Nel Bosco was wonderful. Especially our dear friend Marco was the highlight of our trip and we made friends for life. Thanks to Alessandro for the wonderful accomodation. Will be back!

Thanks to Fabio for welcoming us in French and thanks for the attention on our arrival and departure. The accommodation fully met our expectations and is well located for visiting Lucques, Pisa, Florence, Vinci, Collodi, the Cinque Terre... too bad the weather was mixed, otherwise we could also have enjoyed the beautiful garden of our Host.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

Host support was impeccable! We were very well taken care of. Getting there to the house is a bit adventurous as described. However, the journey is very well described and we were able to find the house without a pribleme. After arrival you will be compensated with a large private parking, a house in a very quiet location, a magnificent and idyllic view and a large pool. Everything looks exactly like the pictures! If you are looking for relaxation, you will find it in this accommodation. Eating out and shopping is a 15 minute drive away. We highly recommend this house. 🥰

Vincenzo and Dilias apartment complex is secluded and invites you to relax. The view is beautiful. Arriving by car is exciting the first time, but you get used to it. The location is perfect to explore prato, Pistoia and Florence. Everything is clean and well maintained. The two hosts are very warm and hospitable. We recommend the accommodation

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

We had an amazing stay at Martina's stunning villa. She was quick to respond to any questions and recommended a fantastic chef, Marta, who made a special five-course birthday dinner for us. The area offers great activities like wine tasting, hiking, and shopping in nearby Lucca. Perfect for larger groups—highly recommend!

The stay at Francesco's was great! Not only for the quiet location, surrounded by olive groves and woods, but also for the kindness of the host who made us feel at home, even giving us a bottle of incredible oil! The cottage is small and cozy, warm and comfortable, perfect for those looking for a nice retreat from the city and a little peace! Absolutely to be repeated!

Beautiful agriturismo above Vinci, beautiful views, fantastic terrace and a clean apartment with Wi-Fi and good amenities. The kitchen should have a bit more dishes and the shower floods the bathroom, but otherwise the apartment is great, the hosts are also very nice and easily accessible. Good beds, beautiful decor and an insanely beautiful agriturismo among the olive groves. Pool and playground offer many possibilities even for children. Vinci itself is very small and offers few shopping opportunities, also the restaurants were not exactly impressive, but it is a good starting point for excursions in Tuscany and the scenery is incredibly beautiful.

What a wonderful house, perfect for families or couples friends, a gorgeous garden, gems, a beautiful pool, a fully equipped kitchen for gourmet meals, lots of plates, pots, pans, glasses and more. A perfect place to disconnect from everyday life, every corner is invested, take into account that the house is secluded between hills and requires driving on trails up the hill, but worth every second! From the house we left every day for trips around Tuscany but I would happily stay for a few days in the house itself. We were a family of five adults and everyone had an exceptional time

Allesia and David are amazing hosts and the house exceeded our expectations and had the most fantastic view. We were given great recommendations for restaurants and super markets and even offered help with reservations. David checked in during our stay to see if we needed any help, which was very thoughtful. We will definitely be coming back!

The villa’s location is idyllic - peaceful and surrounded by the mountains of the ‘Pescian Switzerland’. It is pretty remote and difficult to access though, so you do need to be a confident driver to enjoy a stay here ;-) There are plenty of lovely spots to relax in the garden and around the pool so I would particularly recommend the villa in good weather. Inside, the common areas (kitchen and lounge) can get a little cramped if there are 10 or 12 of you and it’s raining outside - but we chose to brave the bad weather and explore the surrounding villages and towns anyway so that wasn’t an issue for us. It is worth pointing out that being a country house, there are bugs - which might put some people off (not us though!). The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and the bedding super comfortable with warm & cosy down duvets (which were very welcome given the cold & wet weather we had!). And last but not least - Fausto (Giulio’s dad) was friendly and super helpful, a really lovely host.

Montecarlo is one of the most beautiful places I have visited. And where we stayed was beautiful, steeped in history and views across the town. We were greeted with a smile and welcomed with local olive oil and wine which was lovely. The restaurants are great, our favourite was Ca Sandra just by the apartment. Beautiful food and lovely staff. Montecarlo is a place to relax and enjoy Italy.

A pleasant stay in a well maintained and welcoming property. Michele is a very helpful Host when needed, but discreet. Finally, I would recommend the oil produced in the company to everyone because it is truly exceptional. I also bought the wine, but I haven't had a chance to taste it yet.

The dwellings are without frills, but there are the essentials. The environment is splendid, it is the perfect place to discover the atmosphere of Tuscany. The pool has a great view, as well as the small terraces of each home. Very quiet atmosphere, disconnection assured. The restaurant is excellent, real Tuscan cuisine, delicious. The whole team at the Fattoria is lovely. Awesome experience with our two daughters who are 19 and 14 years old.

La casa di Fiore is an ideal accommodation to reach Porretta Terme. We stayed 3 nights in this place surrounded by greenery very cool even in the summer. The courtyard with an umbrella table and chairs was much appreciated. Quiet and really nice place. The house is equipped with everything you need. We highly recommend it.

A beautiful home with a fantastic pool. We very much enjoyed our stay. The facilities were excellent, including the spa area. The decor is slightly dated but gives the sense of a home much loved in the past. We certainly loved it.

We spent a week in this little house in the woods but also close to other homes. It's really a gem surrounded by greenery, with a wonderful garden where you can eat and relax. The location is great, very close to every useful service. Benedetta was always helpful and very kind. We'll definitely be back.
