Vacation rentals with breakfast in Province of Pistoia

Our family felt a real sense of warmth during our stay at this accommodation. Throughout the home, we could feel Chiara’s welcome and care — it truly felt like staying at a relative’s house. She personally cleaned the space with great attention to detail and even prepared wine and breakfast for us, as if it were her own home. She also provided plenty of helpful information in advance about how to find the place and how everything worked, and she responded quickly to all of our questions. The location is also extremely convenient, just a short walk from the airport. It allowed us to spend our last night in Italy in comfort and catch our flight the next morning without any stress. Among all the places we stayed in Italy, this was the best. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Florence was part of a surprise 15-day trip to Italy for my husband’s 50th birthday. I can’t think of a better place to have started it than at Lorenzo’s charming, warm, and utterly unique home. It was a 25min walk from downtown Florence. As New Yorkers who are used to a walking city, we were thrilled as it required no car rental or many taxis. And each walk took us across Ponte San Niccolo with its dazzling view of the Duomo in the distance. Our eight-year-old daughter loved the house and felt immediately at home. Highly recommend it and hope to someday stay there again.

WOW. What a great place to stay We loved the Air B&B that Carlotta rented to us. The accommodations were fantastic. The roof top patio looking at the Duomo and Bell Tower were stunning and even more beautiful at night. The home was in the perfect place in Florence. Really close to everything we wanted to see. Just below Carlotta’s place was a great gelato place and a fantastic restaurant. Carlotta was a great host. She was very responsive to my many questions and pointed out a few things on a map for us. I had a satisfying stay at Tommasso's place. The house is located in the Tuscan Apennines, close to the Mugello circuit and the Bilancino Lake. In an area on the mountain. Very nice. It has been ideal to disconnect and practical to visit Florence, as it is located only about 3 km from San Piero a Sieve, a town where you can take the train that takes you to the central station of Florence (Santa María Novella), which, in turn, leaves in the heart of the city center and all the monuments and places of interest to visit. The accommodation is complete, with kitchen/dining room and living room on the ground floor and bathroom and upstairs bedrooms. It was clean upon arrival and very friendly host Tommasso gave check-in instructions and had the attention to leave something for breakfast and a pellet bag for the heating stove. Also, he was interested during the stay if I needed anything. All 10. If you want to improve something...put a toaster

Sonia is an amazing host. Very helpful and responsive, and a warm welcoming during the check in. The accommodation and the place are just perfect. The views are breathtaking. We will definitely be back, during the summer time to enjoy the views from the pool. :) Highly recommend Sonia's accommodations.

How to be at home ! Impeccable experience. In view of the next Lucca Comics, it will definitely be our fixed destination!

We booked this place as our base of operations for our visit to Florence and the surrounding area. Going into Florence was super easy: five minutes by car, free parking at the station, and frequent trains right into the center of Florence. Sure beats driving in the city! The loft studio itself was lovely, with wood beam ceilings, stone floors, a big picture window to the garden, but also very good curtains for privacy. And it was great to have breakfast ready for us each day!

Carolina’s place was so cute and in such a peaceful location. We had breakfast served by her mother and it was wonderful. They’re home in beautiful and they were so kind. I do wish the hot water lasted long enough for two showers but for a place in the middle of the country I totally understand. Definitely recommend!

First of all the location is stunning. Alberto was really helpful in every aspect. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and quiet place.

we stayed from Tommaso from August 8 to 14. Apartment equipped with everything you need. The garden is very comfortable for us who have a dog. Excellent value for money. We will come back many many times giuseppe

The apartment has the perfect location: only 4 minutes' walk from the train station and 1 minute's walk from the central market square. In the kitchen, the most important thing you need is available. The hosts were very friendly. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was recently renovated and the space was very clean. The views over the Tuscan Hills were truly breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and flex with our late check-in, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

We only stayed for one night but we immediately felt at home. The room was perfect like the whole house but the real plus was being welcomed by a special and helpful person like Cristina. If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back.

We stayed in this beautiful place with our little girls for a week. Quiet place with well-maintained pool with deckchairs and umbrellas available. Excellent location to visit Tuscany with large cities nearby, such as Pisa, Florence or Lucca. Spacious, clean rooms and hearty breakfast. Now let's talk a little bit about Francesco and his family. What to say, except that you are a great family, you are training a very nice team, always available, from the day of the very warm welcome to the day of our departure, especially do not change your smile and your good humor. I highly recommend this place, where I am sure you will have a very nice time and where you will be very well received. Isabella’s place is the best place I stayed at in Italy! We came little bit later that was a check in and she welcomed us so warmly, had a tips for what to do around and made us amazing breakfast! The place is mesmerising! I will absolutely come back! Highly recommended!

Super nice host, fantastic place and very clean air (in addition to the view), which unfortunately we don't have in Reggio Emilia. Very comfortable and spacious rooms in a beautiful old-fashioned house! Highly recommended.
