Very quiet and cozy stay, beautiful surroundings, the hosts of the B&B had everything ready for us, including heating, great place to relax!

We have never recovered so quickly and well as in this remote, beautiful and wonderfully simple cottage in the middle of the Tuscan hills. We rarely had such peace and quiet anywhere. In addition, the surroundings were beautifully scenic and the paths not far to the most important cities such as Florence, Pistoia, Lucca or Siena. Filippo gave us valuable excursion tips and restaurant recommendations and is a great man and also a nice and educated conversation partner. We only met Benedetta briefly on our arrival, but she is definitely the good soul and worker in the background. We felt totally comfortable with the two and are grateful for a heavenly holiday week!

Magdalena welcomed us warmly and we felt very comfortable. House is a beautifully renovated old farmhouse. The accommodation was renovated with a lot of love, the brick ceiling is remarkable. From the property, there are many excursion destinations, Peschia, Montecarlo...or the mountain villages in the mountains. However, the roads to the mountains are quite narrow. However, there is also a cogwheel railway that leads to the mountain.

"We had a wonderful two-day stay at this Airbnb. The house was impeccable: very clean, tidy and cared for in every detail. The hostess was extremely friendly and delighted us with small handmade gifts, a box of pastries, fresh fruit and everything we needed for our stay. It was a really nice surprise! The house is in a rural area of Pescia, in a perfect location to explore the Lucca area, being in a strategic point but surrounded by greenery, thus offering a perfect combination of comfort and tranquility. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to discover the wonders of the area in a comfortable and relaxing environment.

Very pleasant stay in Luca's beautiful villa! It's not easy to find, but Luca was so kind and picked us up. We didn't have breakfast, but we were always offered fresh coffee. In the living room there is a bar from which you can treat yourself to a good glass. The pool is clean, everything is super well maintained and beautifully furnished...with a lot of love for detail. The restaurants in the small center are a culinary dream! All in all, have a great stay! Thanks!

Seemingly charming, clean and tidy. It was like feeling at home, maybe better. The tranquility of the area is heavenly. The view, although not direct on the lake, overlooks the valley and the hills lush with vegetation and trees, an enchantment. The encounter with the native animals was exciting.

Emiliana was a very kind and welcoming host. We came to spend a few days with the family in her comfortable home, with a beautiful garden. Everyone was happy. I would recommend it and would definitely stay again.

We had such a lovely stay at the place! It was nicely quiet, surrounded by the olive trees and beautiful nature. A few animals live on the premises, which all fits into the picture. The apartment was great, high-quality and characterful and had everything you need. You can use the garden with loungers and terraces; relax and eat. It takes 10 minutes by car to the supermarket and 15 minutes to the city of Pistoia, which is highly recommended. We watched it in the evening, that was perfect. The host gives great, local recommendations and we certainly could have stayed longer without getting bored. All in all, it was a relaxing and wonderful experience that we can recommend to anyone looking to relax in Tuscany.

This was a piece of paradise in rural Tuscany. Accomodation was how it was described. Florence was only 50min train ride. Heike and Federico were wonderful and kind host. We highly recommend!

The apartment is in a very central area. Clean, tidy and beautifully renovated. Soundproofing of fixtures leaves out all sound, making the apartment incredibly quiet. Accurate friendly, helpful and professional Margherita. Absolutely recommended

We really liked Chiara’s prompt response to questions and she very kindly arranged our taxi to the airport. The position was perfect and easy to access shops, bars, restaurants.

Mariele’s place in Montecarlo was literally perfect for a Tuscan getaway. The place is very cozy but with a spacious bed and bathroom. We used the terrace loads which was a luxury. And it is literally in the middle of Montecarlo which is such a stunning place with a record nr of good restaurants in 1 street!

A true home away from home! Our stay at the Lemon Villa was hands-down our favorite of the entire trip. The villa had everything we needed and more—it truly felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The views of northern Tuscany were absolutely breathtaking, and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after long days of exploring. Special thanks to Emanuela and her wonderful assistant, who were beyond accommodating and made us feel so welcomed. Their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. We’d return in a heartbeat!

we stayed 2 days at Daiana's house, a fantastic experience, where you can look for relaxation and unwind a little, Daiana is very nice, as well as an artist! we had an infinitely good time, very clean apartment, and equipped with all comforts, fresh, very spacious and cared for in every detail, parking in front of the latter, I hope to return soon!

We are so happy to have found Simona’s place for our 6 day trip to Tuscany. We wanted an apartment which was centrally located in order to minimize driving times to/from the places we planned to visit, and Simona’s place was just it. Set on a very quiet residential road, the apartment was easy to find, with street parking available at any time of the day. Green views everywhere you look. The only sounds were the birds chirping. It was pure bliss. Her parents, Carmine and Annalisa, were delightful and extremely helpful, which we appreciated. They live next door and greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was fully equipped to accommodate my small family. It was spotless and warm. There are supermarkets close by as well as small shopping Centre. Overall, we really struck gold with this place and it comes highly recommended. Thank you Simona! We hope to visit again soon 🌼 Kristina, Eric and Emma (5) 😊

It was very local and out in the countryside 700m up the mountain. Lovely nature, birds singing, very local, no tourism.

The place is as described with a stunning view and helpful hosts. The little seating areas outside our apartment were private and peaceful and the one had a an amazing view over the mountains and town below The apartment was clean, airy and had everything that we needed. The pool is great and even though shared, we always seemed to have it to ourselves Matteo and his family were lovely hosts who made us feel welcome and were on hand if we needed anything or some advice

stunning place, very private and luxurious, access to the pool, air conditioning, incredible staff, thw restaurant on the terrace was amazing. the maisonette is on top of a very steep road which is not accessible by car so would not recommend if you have mobility issues, otherwise wonderful.

great place to stay! everything you needed was fixed within minutes. great location with a lot of rest and private place for yourself.
