Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Pistoia

We were welcomed by Giulio. We were a little early but that wasn't a problem. We were already allowed to use the accommodation. There was a delicious filled fruit box in front of us and a few super tasty muffins. Because we are used to our flat country, the road to the cottage was quite steep. But that turned quickly. Everything was really wonderfully clean and equipped with every comfort. Everything was thought of. Plenty to do in the area, everything by car. We had a little thing with the air conditioning, but contacted Giulio via the app, after which it was resolved. (Just flip a switch) In between, Giulio came by 2 more times. His wife had baked a delicious cake and made blackberry jam. So nice to get a note in our own language thanking us. We had a great week. We are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We will definitely want to come back again !! Thank you for the good care

We had a wonderful time with two families in the mill. It was a real adventure to be allowed to stay here. We baked delicious pizzas in the wood oven and swam in the river every day. The children loved jumping from the rocks into the water. Leticia was a great host who solved any problems we had flawlessly. We really hope to return to such a great place and host.

Great hosts at a very beautiful place! They were welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay. The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. The kids loved the property with many things to do and look around. This was by far our best BnB stay and would love to come back for another visit!

Filomena is a fantastic host and her two children are very well behaved and helpful. The appartment is great and the location with a beatiful view is terrific. We certainly recommend to go there and enjoy the hospitality of Filomena and her delicious homemade pizza. We hope to come back one day.

We had a lovely stay in “all'ombra del lauro” The house is large enough for the four of us and our dog. It also has many original Tuscan features and is simply but tastefully decorated. We have also been able to spend a lot of time outside because of the beautiful weather. During the day in the shade of the laurel tree, in the evening in the hot tub enjoy the view and the setting sun. It is wonderfully quiet and peaceful here, the only thing we hear are the birds whistling. The location is a great place as a base to explore the area. With cities like Florence, Pisa and Lucca nearby, we didn't have to get bored. The places here in the area were also definitely worth visiting.

Like last year, I stayed here with my friends for the lucca comics, a super choice due to the peacefulness of the area and the spaciousness of the house

we had a great time at the house of Sabrina and Massimo! the place is nicely renovated and has a very cosy feeling to it. The views from the garden were spectacular and it was nice and quiet in the area. it felt like an little Italian paradise. We really enjoyed the eggs and salad that Massimo gave us. They are both very friendly, helpfull and very quick to respond. Despite the colder weather, we had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone!

The villa is perfect: spacious, bright, tastefully furnished and equipped with lots of comforts. The location is excellent because it is located in the heart of Tuscany and it is easy to reach the main tourist resorts that the region offers. The owner was always very friendly and helpful, he was always attentive to our requests. We recommend the stay!

David was a great host. He responded to our messages immediately. He recommended and booked for us a great local wine tasting. He also drove part of the group back to the airport upon leaving. The villa itself was in a very peaceful quiet area. You definitely require a car to get around. There are driveable grocery stores, cafes and train stations not too far. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. The pool was heated at a small extra cost which we found agreeable. The house comfortably slept all 13 of us. There were plenty of towels, linen etc. There is a washing machine, which was also great. We found the fridge was sightly low in power, some of the kitchen gadgets did not work i.e. blender, and we lacked some things like toilet paper and dishwashing liquid - however these were minor issues. Overall we had a great stay, and would like to thank David for all the help along the way!

Wonderful stay. Me and my friends can definitly recommend this AirBnB (We were 12 Persons, but their is more room for 2-4 other guests). Communication and the Villa were amazing. Super supportive and instant reply from the holders. Just amazing. Hope it will be free to book for next year vacation! Beautiful country villa, spacious, clean quiet, private, wonderful surroundings. Hosts were absolutely lovely, kind, and made the stay wonderful.

Beautiful home and helpful and kind host. I stayed with 7 of my friends, each couple had their own double bedroom with bathroom in each room. The house is surrounded by greenery and the pool area is a dream. The description matches and the house is full of goodies. The barbecue is functional and in a convenient location. We only stayed 3 days but we'll be back for sure!

This is a peaceful retreat with gorgeous views up in the hills of Pistoia! The house is beautifully redecorated, and there were plenty of needed kitchen items. We were in visiting from the United States and felt welcomed immediately, and the house manager, Federica, was a true gem. She helped us find restaurants and parking and brought us anything we needed immediately. The house is full of character and well laid out. Our hosts were also very responsive. There is even a local restaurant that is less than a minute walk from the house that has home-cooked food made with love! Highly recommend!!

Francesco was a wonderful host! Very thoughtful and responsive. He left us with some generous groceries to get started and that really helped us out since there are no stores close by. His villa has a lot of charm, though I felt like the photos were a little better than the actual place. There were more stairs involved that we realized (3 of the 4 bedrooms were on the third floor). Montecatini Alto is a special place but difficult to get to, and taxis hard to get. A car would be better but parking and driving there would be a challenge. We were a group of 8 and all of us enjoyed our experience there and made some special memories.

Wonderful villa. I stayed there for 5 nights with my wife and 4-year old child. It was spacious, clean, quiet, and meticulously decorated— even better than the pictures. We were able to explore Monte Carlo (5 min), Luca, (20 min), Montecatini Alto (25 min), Pisa (40 min), San Gimigiano (1 hour +), and Viareggio (40 min) by car. The pool and hot tub were nice amenities.

Very comfortable house suitable for a large group like ours with children, well equipped and clean. Ample space in the living area and nice outdoor space. The village, with all the services, is very close, we moved very little and we enjoyed the house that, despite being large, it warms very well. On the first day, with the enthusiasm for the snow, we were locked out of the house with the keys inside.....panic! The host, although not close, activated quickly and in a short time they came to open us up . Great stay

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

Our stay was beautiful! We didn't even leave the property, taking advantage of the grill and pool. Corrado was always very helpful and recommended many things to do in the area. The house was super clean and the surroundings were quiet, a perfect getaway. We'll be back!

The accommodation is totally lovingly decorated and smells incredibly great due to the many scented candles. It gives you a nice feeling right away. To welcome us, Lisa had provided us with some treats in the fridge as well as for breakfast. We really didn't expect that. You will also find everything you need for cooking. You can easily reach many places by car or by bus. In summary, we had a great few days with Lisa.
