Das kleine Häuschen liegt wie eine Unterkunft für Olivenarbeiter mitten in den toskanischen Bergen, sie ist gerade recht für zwei Personen, die sich gut verstehen. Bei Dauerregen wie letzte Woche konnte man die herrliche Aussicht nur erahnen, dafür fühlte man sich wie in einem üppigen Paradiesgarten. Die Schwester des Gastgebers Paolo führt ein kleines, feines Restaurant auf dem Grundstück, das ist gut, denn bei 11Grad draußen war es schwierig, die Küche unten warm zu bekommen, das obere Zimmer war aber gut beheizbar. Die Herzlichkeit von Paolo macht die doch recht einfache Ausstattung in Küche und Bad (oder- wie wir- finden es nicht schlimm) auf alle Fälle wieder wett. Ungestörtheit und nächtliche Stachelschweine garantiert!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce qui est sans doute le meilleur Airbnb que nous avons fait. Le logement est exactement conforme aux photos, l’emplacement est top pour visiter des villes comme Florence, Pise, Sienne, Lucques… Les enfants se sont bien amusés dans le jardin et ont adoré rendre visite aux poules et aux poussins. Daniele et Monica sont des hôtes simples, chaleureux et d’une bienveillance rare. Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour eux. Leur générosité nous a profondément touchés. Je recommande ce lieu à tout le monde, vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous.

בית חמוד,נקי מאוד, לא היה חסר לנו שום דבר. וכשהיה חסר,אלנה דאגה להשלים לנו. היינו חמישה,והיה לנו מעט צפוף בבית,אבל החצר הגדולה, המטופחת והיפהפיה,שנמצאת בתוך מטע זיתים,נתנה לנו מרחב גדול ונעים. הבריכה נעימה מאוד ומזמינה. אלנה היתה זמינה ועזרה בכל בקשה שלנו. האיזור מקסים ואפשר להנות בו מנופים טוסקניים ושקט. מרחק נסיעה של כשעה מפירנצה/ פיזה. אבל בחום של אוגוסט, הבנו שעדיף לנוח בבריכה, ולא להסתובב בערים במשך היום. ממליצים מאוד!

The house was clean and big. Enough space for four. Big kitchen, cool fridge, neat, ventilators for the warmth and every window has screens for insects. You share the patio with different apartements/houses, but there is enough room to sit outside. The breakfast is a nice option, also the dinner at the Agriturismo! We recommend this place!

We had a family get-together in the home and stayed there for 3 days. Chiara was super helpful and communicative right from the reservation. The place had serene views and was great for all of us to sit and spend time together. Chiara and her husband took us to the local grocery store, gave amazing recommendation. Great place to stay and relax.

What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

This beautifully restored collection of properties gave us the perfect mix of peaceful surroundings with the ability to meet and mix with other visitors from different countries if and when we wanted. Aperitives in the gardens are a must and can be followed by supper with fresh local produce expertly cooked and served by Paolo and Kitty (thankyou). The pool is fantastic, really clean and well maintained with adequate choices of seating and loungers for all. We had a wonderful five night stay and only wished we'd booked longer, I guess that we'll have to return!!

Nagyszerű, igazi Toszkán szállás. Gyönyörű helyen! 5 napot töltöttünk ott. Felejthetetlen élményekkel lettünk gazdagabbak. Egy üveg finom borral fogadtak minket. Az ágyak kényelmesek, a konyha és a fürdőszoba megfelelő. Szívesen megyünk vissza máskor is.

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

Ein Paradies! Schwierige Zufahrt, die belohnt wird. Eine traumhafte Villa mit spektakulären Blick auf die Hügel der Toskana. Toll restauriert mit modernen und klassischen Anteilen, dazu noch eine absolute Ruhe, rundherum wunderschöne Natur. Ein Highlight: Der großzügige Indoor-Jacuzzi, wir haben eine wunderbare Woche gehabt, danke!!

Wir waren 7 Tage in Pescia auf der Anlage von La Cupola Agriturismo und haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht und Ruhe sind genau was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchen. Die Nähe zu Nachbar*innen erlaubt es aber auch neue Freundschaften zu knüpfen.

Beautiful peaceful home and 10 minute walk to beautiful Montecarlo for relaxed evenings in local restaurants. Great location to go and explore (by car and train) Alpuan Alps and Florence. Really relaxing week away, thank you!

Silvia’s place far exceeded our expectations. Everything looks just like the listing, only better. The setting is stunning. Silvia has multiple outdoor areas set up for dining and just looking at the view. The villa is spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. The bed was very comfortable. There are two entrances into the villa so you do not have to carry your suitcases up any stairs. We even adjusted our itinerary to spend more time around the villa. Silvia and Giuliano were the perfect hosts; friendly, warm and made us feel more like family than guests. We cannot wait to return.

We had a lovely family holiday in beautiful surroundings. The accommodation was just as described and the pool a real bonus. Safe for my two grandchildren as it was gated. Lots of lovely local restaurants we went up into the mountain's visited Pisa, the local zoo which has a lovely resturant for lunch. Linda was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. I highly recommend this villa very quiet, peaceful and the surrounding areas stunning.

Grande maison fraîche même avec 37 degrés dehors. Clim dans les chambres appréciable. Jardin et environnement très verdoyant (aimé aussi des moustiques). Super équipé. Constanza très gentille et à l'écoute pour que tout se passe bien. A savoir : un des grands lits a un matelas à eau.

Bellissima casa corrispondente alle foto : arredata benissimo e pulitissima. Benedetta risponde subito ed è un host perfetto : fornisce tutte le info anche per i luoghi intorno dove mangiare e fare colazione . Peccato non aver soggiornato quando la piscina è aperta , ma spero di tornare 💜

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und konnten das Anwesen mit fabelhafter Aussicht super als Ausgangspunkt nutzen. Die Anreise war einfach und wir kamen gut die Einfahrt hoch. Wir haben ein fantastisches Startpaket mit Kaffee, Nudeln & Co. erhalten. Der Whirlpool war selbst bei kühleren Temperaturen eine große Freude für uns und unsere Kinder. Wir waren im Herbst vor Ort und daher haben einige Wanzen versucht, im Haus Unterschlupft zu erlangen. Wir kamen damit zurecht, für empfindliche Gäste könnte das aber störend sein. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

We were welcomed & treated just like family here. As soon as Silvia found out we were not driving not only did she offer to come pick us up with our luggage, but always offered to at least drop us off up the hill from her house so we didn't have to walk it. Whenever we needed anything, she always responded & provided in minutes! Silvia & her husband are extremely kind, caring, & fun people! A little bit easier to get around with a car in this area, but the walk honestly isn't that bad to the bus stop, which is only 20 mins from the Pistoia train station. The views here are also absolutely stunning, & we very much enjoyed playing with the dogs on the property! Just remember that this is a country stay, so the wifi isn't extremely strong (not a bother to us at all, we were looking for a break from the big city feel). Absolutely loved it here, & loved staying with Silvia! We would definitely come back!
