Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Arezzo

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Straight out of a dream or movie, Alessandra’s place is magical. The stunning property sits at the top of a hill and this residence with 3 floors has amazing views from every window. The terrace is the perfect place for meals. We liked that we hardly saw tourists in town but big enough for a couple of great restaurants and close to so many surrounding towns for day trips. We had an amazing cooking class on the property that Alessandra arranged in another picturesque large space with more views. I’ve been all over Italy and this was one of the best. We hope to be back!

We were greeted super warmly by Lorenzo's Mama Alba. The apartment even exceeded their pictures. Really very very nice and so comfortable. Has everything you need. Wonderful location and sensational atmosphere. Lorenzo's numerous tips were all gold value and we were able to enjoy Tuscan cuisine every day. The small town of Anghiari is fantastic, a really beautiful place in the middle of Tuscany. Everything worked out great, from the communication with Lorenzo to the " daily care" by Alba. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay at Raffaella’s!! She and her husband Claudio were both incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were so enjoyable to be around. They were very accommodating, flexible, and easy to communicate with. They helped us with directions and had many recommendations. The space was very clean, and they had every convenience to make our stay easy and homey. We were particularly impressed with the bathroom! It was updated, very clean, and had a nice shower. We also appreciated the filtered water system for cooking and bathing. The other highlight was the view off of the balcony! We had scheduled to be out most of the day, but it would have been the perfect spot to stay in and relax- soaking in the Tuscan countryside. The homemade breakfast was delicious!! Our only regret is that our trip was too short!! We wish we could have stayed there longer and spent more time with them! They were a wealth of knowledge and truly beautiful people.

I had an unforgettable stay at Casa Elisa, located at the foot of the beautiful Cortona. The atmosphere is magical: a perfect fusion of Tuscan tradition and modern comfort. The rooms are elegant and quite spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The garden with pool is an oasis of tranquility, ideal to relax with a good book or to enjoy an aperitif at sunset. But it's the warmth and hospitality of Elisa's family that makes the stay really special. Their availability in providing information about places to visit and recommended restaurants makes all the difference. I highly recommend Casa Elisa to anyone who wants to discover the beauty of Tuscany, living an authentic and unforgettable experience.

We were extremely happy with Anna's place. We felt we had everything we needed and more for our toddler and 10 month old baby. Sitting on the patio by a campfire was an absolute joy in an incredibly peaceful setting. The attention to detail was not missed and we wished we had booked for more days. Highly recommend this place for those seeking the best in terms of amenities in a quiet, remote and peaceful setting.

The Vacation was a dream😍 We visited Jennys Airbnb with out Dog Falko and he absolutely loved it. The View was breathtaking and Jenny was always available and cared for us in the best way. Very nice apartment ideal for taking a walk in the historic center of Umbertide, easy to find parking in the surrounding streets. It is located on the top floor of a historic building and contains many small details that make it fascinating. Sabrina is a host who will quickly answer any questions.

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

We absolutely loved the apartment. Very centrally located, near the ferry docking and everything else. Yes, one does have to go up and down 3 short flights of stairs but it’s so worth it! Super, super equipped with everything you need and more. Very well equipped! So sweet of Margherita and Graziella to provide extra provisions and treats! Not many Airbnbs we’ve been to were that generous. We really appreciated everything. Comfy bed, cozy feel and clean. Slight sewage smell in the bathroom but we attributed that to the old building & Jo bathroom fan to vent. I was so happy to be able to use my French to talk with Margherita at check in. Margherita was very friendly and attentive, explaining everything for us. The best gelato we had so far on this trip is @ the Tropical Gelateria to the right of the apartment building as you exit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment. Thank you so much Margherita & Graziella for sharing the place with us.

Giulietta and her family treated us very courteously and warmly welcomed us. Unfortunately, we arrived very late, possibly which we could not influence. Giulietta's husband was waiting for us extra late at night. Everything else we were able to clarify the next day. All our questions were answered and unfortunately the hot water was missing, which was resolved immediately. Unfortunately, we were only able to spend two nights in this accommodation as we were passing through with friends in the area. We can recommend the place and would book again. You just have to know that the roads to the house are quite adventurous. But you get used to it. :-) Thank you for all the understanding and kindness!

A great place in a great location in a great city! The host was perfect! Very responsive, lots of recommendations and extremely helpful. We had a great time. If you stay here, just know, it’s small, it was perfect for us 2 but the sofa bed was comfy for a sofa bed, but it’s still a sofa bed, the shower is small but the worst part is the curtain that sticks to your body no matter what you do. We were prepared for all these things when we booked it and it was just great for us! Just know what you’re getting! Would DEFINITELY stay there again!

An excellent Airbnb with everything you need for cooking even an electric oven. Walking distance to 2 grocery stores and all the beautiful sites. Two beautiful terraces to enjoy the sun. We stayed for three weeks and were very comfortable.

Unforgettable vacation. The farm stay and the pool are immersed in nature. Sun loungers, sun loungers, umbrellas, all the pool environment and private garden area are very well-kept. The private part of the garden is visible but this does not disturb. Very clean house. We would love to come back.

Very nice location, essential but functional. Great convenience to have the option to use the restaurant (with prior reservation). Suggestions for improvement, more equipment in the kitchen (cutlery, bottle opener were missing, nothing that couldn't be found after reporting), the bed pillows were quite uncomfortable. We'll be happy to come back

Staying in the heart of old town Passignano Sul Trasimeno was such a delight. It was like going back in time. The beautiful and traditional apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and very comfortable. Patrizia was a perfect host and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Highly recommended. Easy walk into town and to the train station.

Very nice and clean appartment in a very quiet area. Only Met Gaston shortly since we were out all day visiting Tuscany with friends, But he was very Friendly. Will definitely come back

We really enjoyed our stay! Emanuele and Angela were very kind and replied to any question very quickly. The place is perfect to relax and take day-trips to nearby towns such as Cortona, Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano. We enjoyed the pool after big days of visiting the surroundings during very hot days. I recommend it to anyone who wants a mix of visiting and relaxing! :)

My husband and I visited from Barbados in the Caribbean and absolutely loved our stay outside of Bucine. Giorgio’s place and the scenery was just lovely! The town of Bucine is tiny and quaint but very easy to catch the train to neighboring cities like Arezzo or Florence. The apartment was clean and tidy, cozy and just perfect for a quiet romantic getaway. If you really want the local feel for the heart of Tuscany, this is the place to be!
