Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Arezzo

We had a great time at Marco's apartment. It is very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need, even when traveling with a toddler. Nearby, you can find everything you need, from shops and restaurants to a laundromat. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, with many destinations easily accessible in a short time. We spent a dreamlike month there and would return anytime!

I had a really good time, I travel alone but felt safe because the house is in a residential context. Beautiful and very clean house, in the evening relaxing with a nice bathroom was a plus. Filippo super-available.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here. Virginia was always quick to respond to our questions and made sure we felt right at home. This was our first time coming to Arezzo and we loved staying at Virginia’s place so much that we extended our trip. If you’re visiting Arezzo, I highly recommend staying with Virginia. 5 Stars!!

Beautiful apartment, very well renovated and equipped to a high standard. Very nice terrace, nice view. The village is very nice, lively. Very good shops nearby. We had a fun time! Great base for visiting the area.

Great beautiful farmhouse on wonderful hills. Just off the beaten track enough to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. To access it, there is an easy dirt road uphill. Despite the small size of the towns, there is enough life in the evening and thanks to the host's advice we met a really nice place.

The accommodation is located in a residential complex in the town of Santa Barbara: Vincenzo offers a parking space inside the condominium driveway. The place is very nice and equipped with all the comforts. We found everything we needed inside the loft. Vincenzo is very helpful and friendly: absolutely recommended

My family and I stayed over the Easter weekend Comfortable, clean apartment with every comfort: towels, bed sheets, everything for the kitchen, detergents, nothing was missing. Lorenzo was very nice and helpful in giving us directions and various tips. Piera is very nice, kind, very caring. She also left us Easter eggs. You don't always find people like that. The house exceeded our expectations by far! It is not only beautiful but also extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the dreamy garden, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake – a true oasis of peace. The communication with Andreas was excellent, as were the clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and our stay very easy. We felt completely at home here and would love to come back again!

Augusto’s place was lovely. A great location to explore the region. Augusto was very kind and helpful, with great recommendations for site seeing, restaurants, and wineries. We only stayed one night but it was a memorable experience.

I'm satisfied in every way. However, it would be better if there were bathroom amenities (shampoo, body wash) and basic seasonings in the kitchen. I had a good rest.

Everything was perfect, Lucia and Federico were really nice and helpful. The apartment is nicely situated on a hill above the city.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

This is our 2nd time staying and visiting Citta di Castello and renting from Sara and Esther. We love the town, it's a great location to visit other areas in Tuscany and Perugia. The apartment is modern, beautiful and spotless with a very nice balcony on a quiet street. It is located right in the center near shops, restaurants and cafe's. We love staying there and will rent again when we visit friends next year. Sara has been a fantastic host and we love the place and location.

Unforgettable vacation. The farm stay and the pool are immersed in nature. Sun loungers, sun loungers, umbrellas, all the pool environment and private garden area are very well-kept. The private part of the garden is visible but this does not disturb. Very clean house. We would love to come back.

What can I say, we spent a peaceful and quiet week, just what we needed, there was no shortage of moments of camaraderie between the nice neighbors and the owner Leonardo who made sure we had everything we needed, always available to satisfy our every request and pleasant company, always discreet but at the same time always present when needed, but above all he made us feel at home! His right-hand dog Yuky is also very sweet!!!! Hi Leonardo, thanks from the whole Sanfilippo family.

What can I say, Marian and Luca were more than helpful. We would just like to say thank you again! The word no was not in their vocabulary. We felt completely comfortable. Even with a toddler and dog, we were not only warmly received but the two were also felt to be a highlight for the hosts. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We'll see each other again. The apartment offers everything you need. The beds are lovely and it is also nice that my long partner's feet can protrude a little over the edge. Shower downstairs is spacious and has a powerful jet. Everything has been thought of; plenty of lamps, complete kitchen, nice place to sit outside, extra blankets, shower stuff etc. Very nice! The only small downside was the sound of the (children of the) neighbors in the morning and evening, but of course the host has no control over that. All in all a very nice place that I definitely recommend! Good base for visiting Seina and walks in the surroundings.

We had a lovely time staying with Imogen and her family - they were so friendly accommodating and helpful! The house and the nature surrounding it were gorgeous. We loved the history of the place, swimming in the pool, seeing the wildlife, the pear trees and the cute dogs. We will surely come again!
