In the heart of medieval Arezzo, PIETRASERENA is a one-of-a-kind vacation home. Located in a prestigious historic building, a stone's throw from Piazza Grande, it was born from the restoration and reuse of what were once artisan and merchant shops since ancient times. A loft characterized by the perspective sequence of vaulted rooms, functionally distinct but left without separations, where pietraserena dominates both in the cladding and in the decorative elements of the cross vaults.

La Badia: the unconventional green Tuscany

La Badia loft is an authentic tuscan house surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. It takes the name from the adjacent old church "Badia di Sant'Andrea" which dates back to the 10th century and has been in my family for two generations. Each details and piece of forniture has been choosen by my wife Barbara and me to create a warm comfortable and unique place to stay. Nestled at the foot of the Pratomagno mountain you can choose among lots of activities to do or simply relax.

The loft is characterized by a single room on the ground floor overlooking the garden, with kitchen equipped with every comfort with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Large single bed, shared bathroom with shower, 60 sqm shared with the owner equipped with everything you need. Typical Tuscan interior with exposed beams. In the historic center near the Arno River. Well connected by trains from Florence S.M.N. station and Incisa station just minutes from home. Or Busitalia bus (next to station exit track 16 Piazz. Montelungo) stop under the house (P.zz A. Gramsci Incisa) I am on the 3rd floor no elevator.
