Barn vacation rentals in Province of Arezzo

What can I say! A wonderful place and Gavina's hospitality is extraordinary and precious. A beautiful cozy barn, in a large garden where sun and shade alternate thanks to very wide pergolas, which allow you to work and eat away from the sun. Gavina, in addition to making us find many small attentions at home, when we had a problem with our car, she helped us with a really extraordinary availability. I could continue for a long time describing the beauty of the place and the kindness of Gavina, but I just add that the surroundings are beautiful, and if you don't just want to enjoy the pleasantness of the house and its wonderful garden, just take a few kilometers to visit Tuscany most beautiful and rich in nature and culture. The place is really nice and looks like at the pictures. All was there as described. Daniel was super helpful - thank you for all. ... and of course the pool is wonderful, even if we had at some days quite some mosquitos. Monte San Salvino is a great base for trips to Arezzo, Perugia, Siena, Montepulciano ... we really loved it. P.S. The property is shared with two other flats.

Olivier is an incredible person! It looks like Fellini came out of a movie... He's a fucking genius, who has been able to bring life back to a one-of-a-kind place... rich in history and tradition, making it truly MAGICAL. The "red house" is a nest, warm and welcoming, equipped with everything you need. It's absolutely a place to come back. Ah... I have a mongrel of Belgian Shepherd and Border Collie, since we came back he sneezed me: he wanted to stay there. The house we rented was exactly like the pictures. Clean, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, good WiFi, nice private terrace with lounges, outdoor table and barbecue. The pool was big, clean and with a breathtaking view of the lake Trasimeno. Michele the host was really nice, responsive and helpful. We were so happy with our accommodation that we extended it for a few more days! We will definitely recommend it to all our friends. Thank you Michele for making our stay so great!

Casa Camalda is really a wonderful place. Immersed in the most absolute peace, with a beautiful nature route that starts from the door of the house, excellent jams available, Ennio who with his advice and kindness is always available to give directions to the wonderful park that surrounds the house, what more would you want? The place matches the photos, rustic but with everything you need.

Gloria’s place is a little piece of heaven. As an old mill, below in a small valley, it is at the end of a very small road. Very quiet, no noise from traffic. The only sounds you hear and the sounds of birds and deer (in the morning) and sometimes a farmer. Once you get there, you are in heaven. A very beautiful garden with lots of plants and flowers. Very nice terrace with shadow (which was needed in Tuscan summer at 38 degr C) to relax and a excellent pool. The pool is very large and scenic, ideal for a morning swim, afternoon cooling down or evening relaxed float. Basically the pool is good for every moment! There are 4 apartments at this property and they are quite individually located. You can meet the other people at the pool and this was very pleasant. Everybody was in a relaxed mood. The apartment is well equipped with a good kitchen and nice beds. Communication with Gloria is very easy. Together with her husband she comes to the mill to maintain the place and arrange the other cottages. Gloria had some good advice for small trips and restaurants in the area. Much appreciated.

Tommaso's place is beautiful! The scenery is breathtaking, and we enjoyed the Finnish baths and sauna. The apartment has plenty of personal touches that truly make it feel like home. Tommaso provided very clear instructions for finding the place, which we appreciated. We also took a tour of the working farm with him and it was a ton of fun! Highly recommend staying here and doing some of the many experiences offered.

It was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. The house is private, very cozy, and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring Umbria. Gabriele gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants around the place, and those we visited were amazing. We would love to come back one day!

Lucia and her husband are such a friendly couple, we got so many amazing recommendations of what to do and where to eat in the area, they really put a lot of effort into the list. We had a problem with the water and they fixed it within the first day, had an alternative solution right away. Their English is great, we had a few good conversations. The house is surrounded by nature, there is an olive tree farm close by, we could see beautiful sunsets every night from the garden and so many stars because of the low light area. The pool is bigger than expected and very clean. All in all, the perfect location for a stay in peace and time out from the rest of the world, we loved it!! A car is recommended for the area, it was necessary for us in order to grocery shop and get around in general.

We loved this place. The grandmother welcomed us and she was such a nice lady! There is a lot of space for the kids to play and the view from the swimming pool with the sunsets is amazing! It’s an ideal place to visit some villages in the neighborhood during the day and to relax at the end of the day at the pool. We would love to come back a bit longer!

We had such an amazing time! Such a calm and serene atmosphere! The place is quiet far off the main road and in the woods. Nonetheless it is not far from beautiful cities which make great day trips. It is also the perfect place to just relax, enjoying the sun and lay by the pool. The view is astounding and the staff was very nice and helpful. There is also a restaurant that serves food, which was very tasty! Would visit again for sure :)

We stayed at the house for four days, and the location was amazing. It was a peaceful and relaxing place. Gabriel was very communicative and responded to all our questions quickly. Highly recommended!

Casale 36 was a beautiful property! It was just as described but the pictures did not do it justice. The beds were so comfortable and waking up to the singing of the birds each morning was perfect! We arrived to a wonderful surprise - tasty treats including a home made mushroom lasagna! The property was very private. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Our stay was perfect!

A great oasis in the middle of nowhere. We enjoyed the tranquility here for 11 days and if it was too quiet day trips to Assisi or Cortona. But it has everything you need without excursions...
