Casa al. Bosco - Apartment Fienile

AprilRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We missed our train stop, and they quickly arranged for us to be picked up at the next station. The fridge was stocked with essentials, as well as bread, pastries, and snacks. They even took us to the grocery store as we did not have a car. When we had concerns about the comfort of the mattresses in the second bedroom (as one of us has a bad back) they promptly went out and purchased 2 brand new mattresses!! Unbelievable customer service!! The villa was spotless and everything was in proper working order. The hosts were very responsive, quickly answering any questions. The setting is postcard perfect! Beautiful views from every angle! Exactly what we were looking for in a Tuscan getaway. Quiet, peaceful and serene - what more can you ask for?

La Casa del Briga

TomRating, 5 stars1 week ago
One of the best places we've stayed and he explained why: Monia and her daughter Giusy were very kind, good hosts and respond quickly. We loved the place: perfect to disconnect and spend time surrounded by nature in a large, clean and comfortable house. In addition, the house was very well stocked, especially the kitchen: they left us many things for breakfast and also for dinner, which was enough for more than one day without having to go shopping at the supermarket! Also as parents we really appreciate that the crib for our baby was wooden, with its mattress and everything, like at home. It wasn't a travel crib, so it turned out to be super comfortable for our baby. They also had a changing table and high chair, which were great for us. In a future opportunity, we will surely repeat!

Il Casone - Country house with pool & wide garden

LizRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
My friends & I spent 5 days at Il Casone in May, and what a delight it was. The Villa is both isolated and a short drive to various levels of towns and shops, cafes, and restaurants as needed. And of course a well equipped kitchen to cater for yourself. We were met by Roberta, the hosts father, and had a wonderful introduction and tour of the garden, the history and stories of the house and area, eventually we were allowed inside! It was a great welcome and Roberto was a good help to us many times we had questions the Villa is nicely renovated, farmhouse style and has everything you need it is very clean and good for people, like me, who might have mobility issues as it is all on one level and has wall in showers. While there we did a full day tour of the Chianti region which was great. They picked us up at the Villa and we visited two places to taste and also had lunch - do this! We loved our rural Idyll and would recommend Matteo’s Villa enthusiastically! Thanks Matteo & Robert

Cascina Conca: a combination of nature, culture and relaxation

SoniaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Tiziana's accommodation is the best you can wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path takes you to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you travel by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

If I could, I would give it 6 stars! Giovanna and her husband were very welcoming and super helpful, we felt right at home! The accommodation is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, very clean, equipped with everything you could need. The surrounding area is very quiet surrounded by greenery, with easy access to several trails, perfect for those who love being in the middle of nature. We will definitely be back!

Romeo - Casa Tolomei - Bossi Castle

AdamRating, 5 stars33 months ago
We were a New York City family of 3 adults and two children. Our stay was 6 days. Andrea and Armando were exceptional hosts! This is a large, professionally managed property with many different apartment villas. They made excellent restaurant, activity, and wine tasting recommendations. They responded quickly and politely to every inquiry (we have a thread of 50 emails before and during our trip). We even met the owner of the winery who was super kind and accommodating. They speak perfect English. Before arrival, they provided a high chair and infant crib at no charge. I cannot thank them enough for how hospitable and kind they were. The villas are very nice and rustic. We had a large fridge, coffee machine (with ground coffee at no charge), dishwasher, access to free laundry, and parking. Modern fixtures were available. Showers were hot and functional. Didn’t notice any serious bugs, which is impressive for wine country. Plates and silverware were also on site. You can request housekeeping when you need it. Wine tasting is a must. They have delicious Chianti Classico. Also recommend the meat and cheese tasting. Beyond their delicious wines, they recommended other wineries, which were wonderful. We were there for a week and frequented recommended casual restaurants La Barca (5 minute drive) and Pizzeria Napolitana [sp] (13 minute drive). A wonderful recommendation was Laconda del Tartufo. There is a small supermarket 8 mins away by car, which has everything you need for breakfast, snacks, bottled water, etc. They also booked a truffle hunt on the premises—one of the most memorable experiences our kids had. Siena is 23 mins by car. We had to take a taxi one time and they scheduled everything for us. Highly recommend staying at this location. We loved it.
A cozy dining area features wooden walls and furniture, including a table and four chairs. On the wall, decorative plates are displayed, while a cabinet with glass doors houses additional items. Natural light streams in, enhancing the warm wood tones.

Michele and Chiara’s place was really the nicest place I have stayed at in all the years I have been Airbnb-ing. Every kitchen utensil you could possibly need was available, the rooms were graciously furnished, the bed comfortable and the entire place clean and comfortable. The terrace was an extra bonus and it was nice and peaceful to sit out in the morning with my coffee. Chiara was a great host and provided all the info and recommendations you could need. All in all a great two week stay in a beautiful little city.

La Casa Viola, apartment with breathtaking views

OlivierRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The apartment is located in a pretty village that is a little isolated and without convenience stores. Not too far from the Chianti route. Very nice apartment with great views. The apartment is well appointed. It lacks a washing machine and dishwasher otherwise the apartment is complete. Heating is very efficient when you need it. Slow, unstable internet.
