Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Arezzo

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. A pool heated to 33 degrees - just the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are available, everything is fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road) and adjust to the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the tranquility and the view! Dinner at the oil mill is worth the money and the trip. 11 days went by too quickly.

Giulio’s home is absolutely beautiful! We sat outside every morning and evening, and spent one day at the house and pool. The surroundings are so peaceful and truly embraces the beauty of the Italy countryside. We wish we could have stayed a month. There are also some great restaurants within just a few miles and a supermarket with good food options and essential items. We will absolutely stay here again if traveling to the Tuscany/Umbria area.

Our experience at Manuela's home in Tuscany was simply fantastic. The house met expectations, immersed in a breathtaking landscape that offers peace and relaxation. Manuela was a super helpful, kind and easy-going host, always ready to help us and give us great advice. An unforgettable stay, we never wanted to leave, we will definitely be back!

Do not hesitate to book this well cared for Villa. It’s just as shown in the pictures. We felt very much at home here at this slice of paradise. The Mom & Dad work VERY hard to make the place sparkle and make guests feel very much at home. Would LOVE to visit again and see Nonna & Nonno. Dinner with Nonna cooking is a must. Charming town and perfect place to use as home base for day trips. Can’t think of one negative comment. Perfect place, location, hosts & vacation spot 🇮🇹🍝🍕🍷❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great house with amazing views. We used the pool a lot as it was very hot during our stay. Francesco and Serena were very nice and helpful. They booked a cooking class for us, which I highly recommend. The location is very convenient for visiting Florence, as it only takes about half an hour by train from Rufina.

We felt very comfortable at Adriana's and the accommodation was very modern, clean and well maintained. The outdoor area with the hot tub was also super nice. The way to the accommodation is a bit narrow and curvy, which can be a bit challenging for inexperienced Italian vacationers, but it is quite feasible.

Amazing Villa! We enjoyed every minute for our 10 days vacation. Absolutely conveniently located in proximity of Arezzo which gives us quick access for hour or two drive to all cultural and artistic towns in Tuscany and Umbria. The villa is exactly as described and beautiful maintained. Chiara and Andrea exceed our expectations for hospitality. Highly recommend their house.

We had a wonderful stay at Leonard's beautiful house. It was the perfect place for my friends, my family, and me to relax and enjoy our time together. The house is located in a stunning area with a breathtaking view of the valley below Castiglion Fiorentino. From there, we were able to visit nearby places such as Florence, Siena, Assisi, Cortona, and other charming local spots. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Leonardo, who is an architect by profession, has put a lot of effort into creating and furnishing this incredible home. From our first contact to the entire stay, he was always available to provide us with useful information and recommendations on what to see and do in Tuscany. We all loved our time here, and we would definitely love to return to this house in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Ginacarlo and Gabriella are extremely friendly hosts who have a lot of helpful recommendations and are always very responsive. Moreover, they not only brought us homemade pizza, sweet treats, fruits and wine, they also brought toys for our 1.5year old daughter! The home is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The views from the patio of the surroundings are amazing!! The entire area is also very peaceful and relaxing and close to many interesting locations (Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano etc). We highly recommend this place and would come back again!

The house and hosts were fabulous, they were super friendly and helpful. The house felt like a real home with everything you could wish for. My husband had the time of his life with the outdoor kitchen and the pool was a lovely place to enjoy the sun. The beds were very comfortable, great water pressure in the showers. We had our Labrador with us who had the time of her life there exploring the area. The wine bar next to the windmill is a must. For a large get together for family or friends I couldn’t recommend it enough and we hope to return next year with our extended family.

Andrea's property tucked into the beautiful hills on the Umbria countryside was truly incredible. The property had every amenity and many areas to soak up the sun and the views. It was probably the best BBQ view I've ever seen. The property was a bit further than we thought it was initially and you definitely need a car to get up the steep roads, but the quality of the host and the home made our stay unforgettable. Beautiful house in beutiful country side with spectacular view. My family couldn't get enough of it and we started all mornings sitting on the veranda with our morning coffee looking at this beutiful view. We loved the pool and our grandchildren too. We will be back.

An amazing hideaway in the hills! Takes you into holiday mode & switching off in the beautiful setting surrounded by nature & incredible views. So glad we booked & would love to go back again. Paulo, and family, were so helpful, kind & responsive. The area whilst quiet is very welcoming to tourists & we met many friendly people who would always help us out on our way. The house itself is stunning & huge. The bathrooms are dated but they work fine & everything functions as it should so it really isn’t a problem so don’t be put off by that. The linens are incredible & the beds very comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Kitchen well equipped & house has an abundance of space and beautiful furniture to relax in, inside and out. Honestly the scenery outside was incredible & we spent every minute we could outside which is a shame only because the house was also beautiful. The pool was fabulous & it was hot enough that heating wasn’t needed.Didn’t use sauna or spa,needed longer! Miss it!

This property is like something out of a movie- or a fairy tale! The house is bigger and even more beautiful than the pictures can show. The house has all the things you need for a perfect stay (plenty of dishes, cooking appliances, towels, etc.). The host is very responsive and met us at the house to show us around and answer questions. We were on a family vacation with 3 generations. The kitchen was great when we all wanted to spend time together but also the house had plenty of room when we all needed a little space apart! It was hot for our visit and the pool was so refreshing. We actually cancelled our plans for one day because we just wanted to stay in and enjoy the house! Our kids loved swimming in the pool and everyone enjoyed the peace and quiet. The location is great, peaceful and private but still a short drive to groceries, restaurants or even the train station for day trips! I hope to make it back to Italy again and we will definitely be staying here again!

From first contact to departure, communication went absolutely smoothly. The house is beautifully, stylishly decorated and fantastically located on a winery. The view over Tuscany is simply wonderful – a real highlight! We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Excursions by mountain bike are also possible directly from the house, which was a big plus for us. For those looking for a relaxing and comfortable holiday in fantastic surroundings, this accommodation is absolutely recommended. We'll be happy to come back on occasion!
