Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Arezzo

Straight out of a dream or movie, Alessandra’s place is magical. The stunning property sits at the top of a hill and this residence with 3 floors has amazing views from every window. The terrace is the perfect place for meals. We liked that we hardly saw tourists in town but big enough for a couple of great restaurants and close to so many surrounding towns for day trips. We had an amazing cooking class on the property that Alessandra arranged in another picturesque large space with more views. I’ve been all over Italy and this was one of the best. We hope to be back!

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

We were greeted super warmly by Lorenzo's Mama Alba. The apartment even exceeded their pictures. Really very very nice and so comfortable. Has everything you need. Wonderful location and sensational atmosphere. Lorenzo's numerous tips were all gold value and we were able to enjoy Tuscan cuisine every day. The small town of Anghiari is fantastic, a really beautiful place in the middle of Tuscany. Everything worked out great, from the communication with Lorenzo to the " daily care" by Alba. We had the most amazing stay at Francesco and Sere’s! The view was even better than the photos. We stayed as a group of 7 adults and a 7 month old baby and there was plenty of space. Francesco met us in Rufina and we followed him in our cars to the castle. The drive up to the castle is narrow and the last part is a gravel road but we got used to it quickly and it was worth it for the views. Nearby Rufina had some great restaurants and a grocery store with everything we needed. Francesco arranged for a chef to come to the castle for a cooking class and also arranged a full day wine tour with pick up and drop off at the Airbnb which were highlights of the trip! The jacuzzi was lovely and the garden area was perfect. The pool wasn’t open yet as it was early April when we travelled but the pool area looked very nice also. Francesco and Sere were very responsive to any questions we had. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

We lived here for a month, traveled by car, and this is a great secluded cozy place to travel to Florence, Bologna, Siena and other surrounding cities. The house is cozy with everything you need and Lorenzo is very helpful and always available.

If you want a peaceful, Tuscan stay with panoramic picturesque views, then this is your place! We were welcomed with homemade cakes, bread, and wine! After a long day of travel this perk was so appreciated. Our stay was perfect! After a long day of walking and driving to either Lucca, San Giminagno, Chianti Classico or Florence the hot tub relaxed our achy legs. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We loved this home so much that we hope to return with our families in the future! This home made our visit to Italy PERFECTO!

The villa is wonderful. As soon as you enter, we felt like we were in a little private paradise. The staff was very kind and made available to make our stay pleasant from the first messages and then throughout our stay. Truly hospitable and proactive, we only had a small problem with the hot water that they resolved to us as soon as we reported it. I recommend taking advantage of the breakfast service because it was superlative!!!! Too bad we couldn't use the pool for the bad weather, we😔'll definitely be back! Thanks again!

Our family reunion at this incredible home was absolutely perfect! The house itself is stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. The location couldn’t be better: it’s peaceful and surrounded by gorgeous views, yet just a short drive to Castiglion Fiorentino. From there, you can easily catch a train to Florence or Rome, which made day trips super convenient. The host was truly amazing — so kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the very start. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to reconnect as a family. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

We had a pleasant family stay despite the rain. Simone booked us the indoor tennis court, the restaurant, and even arranged for our car to be repaired in record time. The house is splendid, breathtaking view, the amenities are very comfortable.

This beautiful location is just outside a charming small town in Scrofiano and overlooking a valley. We loved the peace of the place and the house was spacious and well-equipped. Giancarlo went above and beyond at every step to make sure we were comfortable and happy and that we had good ideas for things to check out in the area. We're considering recommending it to our parents for a stay in Tuscany on their next trip out!

Andrea is a great host. The stay was amaizing and the support received from Andrea during stay was priceless. The place is wonderfull with great view and outstanding privacy. I will recommend Andrea as a host and his place as great choice for holidays.

Wonderful villa on a fantastic place with a tremendous view on the valley op Poppi. Clean rooms , excellent beds . Very large garden with 360 degrees view all over the region. Fantastic swimming pool . Very friendly and cooperative hosts . Rating : 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay at Villa Montemarcoli was fantastic. So peaceful. No noice from cars and really no air traffic noise whatsoever. Just the birds singing. Just want to mention you will need to drive to everything but the roads are so beautiful you won’t mind! I would recommend a small SUV or car with all wheel drive as the villa is located up a gravel road and roads in the area can be narrow and parking can be tight in places. I would definitely recommend Brigitta’s Villa and hope to come back again someday 😎🍷

Absolutely beautiful property with spectacular views. Wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday. Minutes from town to have morning cappuccino’s. Must visit the Pomaio winery which is a 10 min drive. Leonardo and Marta were so welcoming and taught us so much about their winery.

Villa Arianna was the perfect home for our family vacation. The view is stunning, and the house was well equipped with just about everything we needed. The location was an easy drive to Siena. Arezzo, Montalcino, and many area towns and vineyards. Fabio and his family were gracious and helpful hosts, and extremely responsive to our questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
