We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

Barbara and Cristiano and their son were very friendly, attentive and helpful hosts. Their house is a peaceful haven in the middle of beautiful nature, with a relaxing and beneficial calm. It's a pleasure to return there after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for your help with the path, luggage and kindness!

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always got good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he was able to move freely. We would come back back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

Fantastic time out with panoramic views! This Airbnb accommodation was an absolute stroke of luck! The view was simply breathtaking and inspired us every morning. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be – the location is wonderfully quiet and idyllic. The apartment itself is fantastically equipped and really offers all the amenities you could want. It was super convenient that basic things like oil, vinegar, etc. were available. This not only saves money, but also the first purchase. The only thing that took some getting used to was the bed. But of course, that's a matter of taste and has not tarnished our positive experience in any way. We can fully recommend this place and would come back any time!

Catherine is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. We came in for business and the Airbnb was such a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day.

We really enjoyed our stay, except that it was too short! We will need to return for a longer stay to really allow the peace and calm there to sink in. Special thanks to Mario and his daughter for welcoming us even though we were delayed several hours by the power outage in France’s Alpes-Maritime region, where we were arriving from. The sitting area in the garden has a spectacular view of the surrounding Tuscan hills. Next time, we will make better use of it, including for star-gazing in the clear night sky.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Sparkling clean apartment in an absolutely quiet location in a small private village. Christian was a great host who could immediately help us with forgotten towels. Such a beautiful, peaceful place to spend a few days! It was central to many tours and activities, great for exploring! Luca was a wonderful host and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. The restaurant was great! I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better! Completely exceeded our expectations!

Max’s place is beautiful like a dream. The accommodation is tastefully furnished with Tuscan charm. The interior is equipped with high quality cooking utensils and tablewares in the kitchen, comfortable bed, and sparkling clean bathroom. We enjoyed marveling at the beautiful wooden beam ceiling and terracotta tile floor. The exterior is elegant, well maintained, and exudes a pride in the care-taking of the property. Max and his wife Pamela were genuinely kind and helpful, and we enjoyed every interaction with them. It felt like talking with family. The location is convenient to explore central Tuscany. We made many day trips from Podere Il Belvedere su Cortona. Every time coming back to Max’s place felt like coming home!

An amazing property and two absolutely amazing hosts. They picked up and left me at the train station, they gave me their own produced olive oil on site and also to take home. The tastiest oil I had in Tuscany. The property can be described as peaceful and incredible views. Also nice walking paths right outside the door. Can only congratulate you on an amazing place to stay and thank you for your hospitality. Will be back with family and friends!!

Odina was the perfect spot to relax. Beautiful and comfortable accommodation, wonderful dinners and great communication. Would definitely recommend Odina to people wanting to get away from the city and relax in the countryside.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Stella, made us feel so welcome – she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself was lovely, and the highlight for us (especially the children!) was the pool. It was perfectly maintained and cleaned daily, which made it a joy to use every day. The pool area could also be shut off when not used to keep the children safe. Stella also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, all of which served amazing food at very reasonable prices – a real bonus! We did manage to walk out to a few restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Tuscany. We would definitely love to return. We’ve stayed in many many airbnbs, and this is the most interesting and beautiful one we’ve stayed at by far. It’s an authentic Tuscan villa built around 1700 and loved by the current owners / hosts. You can tell how much love and care they put into maintaining this place - in particular the garden and olive farm! Marta was an incredible host, greeting us when we arrived, showing us around and even gifting us some olive oil from their farm when we didn’t have cash! We absolutely loved staying here and plan on coming back with friends! Cannot recommend enough!!

Great experience in Arezzo! Great host and impeccable apartment!

What a magical, unforgettable place to stay! The home is the perfect size for two, and we felt right at home. It’s very clean with plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and cooking appliances. We really enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds singing and having breakfast on the patio before making excursions to Siena, Florence, Poppi, or nearby Rufina. The neighbor’s cats also greeted us home when we returned (very lovingly!). Would absolutely love to stay again!

We loved everything about this house. A very special place that felt like a home. It has a lot of character, and for us it was also very functional. Cooking in the kitchen and working with the beautiful view out the windows were highlights!

We stayed 4 days and it was just fantastic. The arrival was hassle-free and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had electricity again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I would recommend this place to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!

We always love coming to Arezzo and Christian’s apartment was perfect. Location was close to everything we wanted to see and is surrounded by great restaurants. Christian was the ultimate host. Friendly and quick to communicate. The apartment was squeaky clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing! Grazie Mille!!

Sara's apartment is just perfect. Very spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. With a large garden as bonus. Communication was easy and she and Andrea were there to welcome us. She gave us lots of useful information on Arezzo. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

I was looking for a quiet place in Tuscany in a rustic atmosphere and it was a great choice. Silence, beautiful views, a restaurant with authentic dishes... what more could you want?:-) I recommend this place for all those who value peace and love nature!
