Donella’s place is great, cozy and has a private bathroom. Very peaceful location, I had a nice sleep 😴. Host is so kind and caring, she made a beautiful breakfast with an Italian Nespresso. Great experience, highly recommended.

We stayed here at the end of our 2 week euro trip honeymoon and it was the perfect way to relax and cap things off! The location is amazing! Valentina was a wonderful host and an incredible cook! The experiences she helped set up for us (horseback riding wine tasting and onsite massages) were great! Will recommend this place time and time again and will be dreaming of our time under the Tuscan sun and the wonderful hospitality we experienced here for the rest of our lives.

Honestly wish I could’ve stayed here longer. Commutation was clear, breakfast and the bar were amazing, hosts were attentive and made us feel right at home, on top of all the views were breathtaking. Antopelle recommended us really good restaurants and wine tastings. Definitely looking forward to coming back here.

One of the nicest places and people we've ever stayed with anywhere in the world. Aurora is lovely, so are her parents Rossella and Luca and their beautiful German Shepherd Alize. The place is incredible with amazing views of the olive orchards, pastures and the Sinalunga old town. The room is nice and big and has lovely furniture. The kitchen is fully functional with plenty of snacks, water, bread etc. Breakfast is great with cereals, yoghurt, meats and cheeses plus tarts and marmalades. Aurora is so kind, she picked and dropped us to the train station too and helped us with every little thing we needed, recommendations of where to eat, what to do. She even took us to Montepulciano on her way to work and brought us back with her. We really recommend the place, the whole family made us feel completely at home. We wish to come back, just to meet them again.

The accommodations were perft. The room was large and well equipped. Checking in and out was a quick and friendly. I highly recommend a stay. Im looking forward to my next stay.

We had a glorious week staying at Tom's. He is a kind and generous host who is eager to help you tailor your stay to suit your interests. Quiet, idyllic and comfortably rustic best describe this gem hiding in the tuscan hills just east of Florence. In addition to breakfast makings, for a modest additional fee, Tom and company are happy to whip up private pizzas to enjoy in your suite, or invite you to join the family at the dinner table for an relaxing and intimate family dining eperience. I highly recommend a visit.

This place was so unique in being both simple and exactly what was needed. Beatrice even baked me fresh gluten free croissants and rolls. What a view from my window!

what to say… Just great. We spent 2 days in paradise, in an oasis of greenery surrounded by an enchanting forest. All seasoned by an exceptional host, who welcomed us and very friendly and friendly. A plus are Attila and Alma, the two dogs, with whom we have friendship and went around the woods to explore and play with them. If you're looking for a break from the city, bring food, cut down your car, and forget about everything else. Highly recommended!

The place where the property is located is an oasis of peace in the middle of nature but, at the same time, you can reach the center of Arezzo in about ten minutes. You can relax in the pool looking at a beautiful view and it was a pleasant surprise to also find a ping pong table. Mrs. Gabriella was very kind from the moment of the reservation. We felt right at home! Very good sweets and homemade jams that you can eat for breakfast. Thank you for everything, we hope to see you again!

Pietro and Claudio are very open friendly hosts. Breakfast delicious, indoors or outdoors. The swimming pool is a luxury. The house is very rural, with a beautiful village, 3 km away. A restaurant with local dishes. You can walk beautifully in the area. Well worth it, and of course you should have seen Urbino. Thank you Pietro and Claudia.

Stuart and Katrina are two fantastic hosts! Friendly, helpful and very kind. The house surrounded by nature is very enjoyable, the pool is super and the room is quiet and well maintained. Excellent to say the least! Daniela and her husband are exceptional people, it feels like staying at home! The breakfast prepared by Daniela is worth the trip, especially her cakes! Not to mention the hospitality for the child, we have just left and already wants to return to Daniela's house! We met for New Year's Eve and they also offered us a good wine to toast all together in front of an enchanting fireplace! What can I say, maybe unique! I hope to be back soon!

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

Beautiful rural accommodation, quiet and complete with all comforts. Hospitality and courtesy always at the top. Despite the winter weather, the room was always very warm. Clean and tidy, even if you look for it, you won't find a flaw.
