Loft vacation rentals in Italy

We felt super welcomed in this loft. It is well appointed with many things at our disposal, and is very well located because very close to the train station. It was very convenient for us who took the train in the morning very early. Annalisa also shares her tips. It's extremely cozy. We'll be back with pleasure if we come back to Milan!

A really enjoyable stay. Maria was very friendly and communication was excellent. We had a lot of ease getting around and even though we caught some rainy days we really enjoyed the stay. Without a doubt, a place to go back to! 😌

We had a great time, the arrival was super fast and with everything made easy. The area is quiet and you can get to everything with a nice walk. I would definitely go back. Two of us stayed and the bed and pillows were very comfortable (we didn't try the sofa bed, if there are 4 people staying, two would sleep upstairs in the bed and two downstairs on the sofa bed). One thing to keep in mind is that if you're awake at night to go to the bathroom, you have to go down stairs. It wasn't a problem for us, but I'm warning you just in case. As I said, nothing but words of gratitude😊, a place to stay again!

The host was really friendly and easy to communicate with, and gave us some great tips that made our trip even better. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. If we come back to Milan, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Laura was a friendly and helpful host. Her apartment is ideally located between the train station and the historic center. We were able to comfortably walk to everything.

We had a lovely stay in Federica’s and Ric’s apartment and would definitely recommend it to other people. It’s located in a very vibrant area of central Rome and all the major attractions are very walkable. The apartment itself was a lovely haven and felt safe and secure. Federica and Ric provided some lovely welcome treats for us on arrival and were very helpful with recommendations during our stay, we are looking forward to going back at some point in the not too distant future….

This was our 2nd time in Lorenzo and Diana's apartment. It is perfect and very nicely located. The apartment already has its own charm, stunning views, in the square with the church, but is also decorated with Italian classic style combined with Italian design. Very cozy and nice space. Fully equipped. Communication is direct, clear and nice, and at the same time the stay is autonomous. It feels like living in Bologna for a while.

The loft is beautiful. If you are going to spoil yourself this is how to do it. Space to enjoy outside on a terrace overlooking Florence. A lovely space to sit and watch a fire upstairs or go down for a swim in the eco pool. Lots of loving attention has been put into this place and it shows. The bathroom was the best we have encountered on our travels in Italy. Thanks for making this space available and loving it as you do.

Thanks Stefano we had a wonderful time, it felt like home. I loved the view and close proximity to everything but so quiet and peaceful away from the crowds. Could have easily stayed longer.

Cozy place in nice surroundings, nice hosting as well as opportunities to do laundry etc.

My stay at Andrea was perfect. He is very friendly, responsive and helpful. When I was arriving late in the evening he picked me up from the train station and even drove me to the next supermarket so I could get some food for the first night. Other than that he was always responding to my messages, giving me recommendations and tips for the area. The apartment is very bright, newly renovated, has everything you need and very spacious. All in all just a perfect stay! Highly recommended.

we stayed 2 nights, cozy cottage with all the comforts described, Mr. Gianni and his wife are exquisite, kind and cordial people, they also gave us advice on nearby places to visit. The loft also enjoys a beautiful panoramic view with a small and delightful porch from which to admire the view. Super recommended loft, we will definitely be back!
