We had a special stay in this cottage surrounded by greenery, surrounded only by the tranquility and the sound of birds. We were greeted with kindness and immediately felt at ease. The view from the terrace is enchanting, perfect for relaxing. The outdoor space is very pleasant, ideal for an outdoor breakfast. The company of the house cat made everything even more welcoming: discreet but affectionate, it was a real pleasure to have him around. The feeling of home was present in every detail: from the impeccable cleanliness to the simple but well-kept furnishings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, including a delicious homemade jam. In addition, the structure is also well thought out for those with special needs: accessibility for an elderly person is excellent, with comfortable and easily usable spaces.

Beatrice was an amazing host. She was very responsive to our questions and always very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. This was the perfect place for our group of 8 adults for 2 weeks. The location was perfect for visiting various sites around Tuscany. Florence, Cortona, Siena and Pisa. The nearby town of Greve had some nice little restaurants for lunch/dinner. After a long day of sightseeing we would gather on the patio to have charcuterie and wine. Or gather at the family style dining table each evening. We highly recommend having Beatrice provide a home cooked meal, it was excellent! There are several wineries and olive oil tastings in the area. We took advantage of many of them. Overall we were very happy and very comfortable with our stay. We highly recommend staying here. If we ever come back we are definitely staying here again. You'll definitely get the true feel of Tuscany.

Our group of 6 friends had an amazing stay in this beautiful house, we loved the bedrooms and pool area, also very walkable to restaurants and small markets. Great kitchen for cooking, had everything we needed. Very responsive manager , quickly reacted when we had small problem with the refrigerator. We loved this space, highly recommend

Vanessa was always easy to reach and very accommodating at check-in. The apartment is bright, clean, modern and offers everything you need for a short stay. The elevator and the washing machine are very advantageous. Glad to come back!

Serena is very helpful, communicative, everything was perfectly prepared for our stay. The apartment was very clean and prepared for our stay, nothing was missing. Serena quickly responded to our messages, gave us tips on what we could see in the area. Perledo is a beautiful and peaceful place. It takes a dozen or so minutes to climb the hill, but the views reward everything. I'm sure we'll be back. The area is delightful!!!

We as a family had an amazing stay at Johns villa, all the pictures are good but in reality it exceeded our expectation. The pool was a resounding success, the gardens are immaculate with wonderful aromas from the jasmine and herbs growing. Everything you require for both the pizza oven and barbecue were there at hand, the villas have good quality linen, towels and well stocked kitchen items, you want for nothing. John is a brilliant host who also helped us organise taxis for the family back to the airport which we were very grateful for. To John and his team we’d like to say a big thank you for making our holiday a great success.

We have spent 8 great days at Pasquale's place. Very close to the central train station, as a starting point to cities near Bari. Lot of shops/groceries nearby including some local vegetable/fish/meat and patisserie shops. Spacious and tide place where we felt like at home. Thank you for welcoming us, Pasquale!

Luisa is a fantastic host, and her house in the vineyard is absolutely top-notch. The home is spacious, modern, and exceptionally well equipped — everything was clean and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect, especially if you’re into cycling. We were there with our bikes and couldn’t have picked a better spot: a cycling path runs right next to the house and takes you all the way to Treviso and even further toward the sea. Communication with Luisa was excellent. We were a larger group and made a few changes to our reservation, but everything was handled smoothly. Luisa was always flexible and eager to help. We truly felt welcome and well taken care of.
