Beautiful hilltop home sitting on a private 4.5 acre wooded lot on Lake Holcombe. Perfect for gatherings or a weekend getaway. Features open concept and wall of windows facing the water with 3500 sq ft. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, game room with a pool table and a Foosball table adjoining. Chain of lakes/rivers offer almost 4000 acres of water recreation and great fishing. Dogs are welcome. Lake water can be a green in August . Several stairs in the home ranging from 2 steps to 12.

There’s also a full bathroom with a shower. Our property is gated & just down the street from the Lake Naconiche Park and boat ramp. We have a private dock for fishing/boating and a relaxing sun deck at the water’s edge. Best spot on the lake!
