Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Mississippi River

Stayed for a 3 night volleyball tournament and it was so accessible to everything downtown by walking or riding the trolley. The space was so clean and comfy, felt right at home. Very secure building with security guards on duty at all hours. Little bummed the basketball court wasn't accessible or the workout area, but my boys spent many hours playing pool and air hockey when given the chance. Also utilized the 24hr snack / bakery area that was also in-house. Would absolutely recommend and stay again when in KC.

Great apartment with all the amenities and then some. The pictures don't do the size justice, and it's extremely clean. Kishi even had some snacks in the kitchen and water in the fridge. The location was perfect as I was in town for a concert at the House of Blues, no more than a 5 minute walk down the street. I didn't take advantage of any of the complex's amenities, but would love to stay here again the next time I'm in town. Thanks!

My experience with my stay was outstanding! I was a little anxious about using the app as it was new to me and just worried if I was going to be able to get in. Lenora was so helpful and it was not an issue at all. The place is immaculate and exactly as pictured. I was impressed with how roomy it was and had all the amenities I needed. I was in town for a meeting; was very close and had no issues taking an uber to where I needed. I was very comfortable and felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay at Lenora's place. If I am in Houston in the future - I would definitely try to stay there again. It was perfect! : ) Thank you Lenora!

Would do it again! Only issue I had was at check in, was sent instruction video that had problems playing and couldn’t get ahold of Jay. We figured it out pretty quickly, other than that, great stay.

Apartment was brand new and clean. Furniture was nice and appropriate. Had a great stay there. Scott was a great host.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. There was a minor issue with the room’s electrical breaker—plugging in a charger would trip the power. However, the staff responded promptly and efficiently, and I believe the breaker has since been replaced. Their attentiveness and swift action were greatly appreciated. With this resolved, I would definitely consider booking again. :)

I absolutely loved this place and it's location. It was my first time in Kansas City, but I felt like I could get all around town easily from here. The space itself was very clean, and free of clutter. I really enjoyed the view from this location as well with it being up on one of the higher floors in the building. Francis was also super quick to respond to any and all questions I had for them. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working for me while I was there, and I ended up having to use my phones hotspot for the weekend. Francis was on top of trying to help me with it, but maintenance never ended up coming around to fix it while I was there. I have no doubt this issue will be resolved for future visitors, but still thought I should mention it.

Very clean and cozy place. Was gated and very safe. I would recommend this place to anyone, the owners were very communicative and helpful. You won’t find a cleaner nicer place for the money !

This was my second time to stay at Ashley's place. Since the parking lot is gated, there is literally everything to do just around the corner, its proximity is two minutes from the highway and the property is very well kept, it is one of my favorite Airbnb's in Baton Rouge.

This was a breath of fresh air. After being in the desert working for the past 5 months it was nice to get back to familiar surroundings. I enjoyed catching nice Blue catfish from the dock , kayaking and visiting the local restaurants. I was also happy to bring my family to the condo as well. We had a blast at Margaritaville and a great time renting a pontoon boat were we pulled the kids around the lake. If you have never visited Lake Conroe TX then this is the place. 100% recommend!! This was a long term stay for work, but it also served as a great vacation place as well.

Very nice place to stay. Helpful host. Peaceful neighborhood. Loved the porch and swing. Well stocked kitchen. The home is much better than the pictures repress. I was pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend it. The price was great!!!

Centrally located and easy to get to other neighborhoods throughout the city. We had a great stay for Jazz Fest!

The home was beautiful, clean and came with everything you could possibly need. Not far from cute old springs town that is great during the day or night. Neighborhood is quiet and host was responsive, kind and accommodating. Would stay again!

The view from the rooftop was incredible! The pictures didn’t do it justice. The place was great, felt super safe and there was heaps of room.

Everything about Jeffrey’s home was wonderful and exactly what you see in the pictures. It was more than enough space for me and my family to stay through the weekend for my son’s travel ball tournament. I asked Jeffrey how close we were to ULM, which is where we played, and he responded promptly and told me it takes about 6 minutes to get to ULM from the home. It took exactly 6 minutes. We were also very pleased and comfortable with the surroundings and amenities. I would book Jeffrey’s AirB&B again.

We loved staying at Debbie's house! It was beautiful and in a nice, relaxing neighborhood. She was very responsive and helpful with any and all questions! Would definitely stay again.

Rons home felt like home away from home! It fit all of us adults and the children comfortably with no issues and plenty of space! Its nicely decorated through out and was clean upon arrival! Ron allowed us to check in early and didnt charge us the extra fee to add my niece who last minute joined! The back patio was very nice for some down time after a busy day sight seeing! This was the perfect loacation to be in a nice neighborhood and no chaos but close enough to go do things in new orleans if you decide! We felt extremely safe staying thanks to all the cameras! The gym was nice but we enjoyed the hot tub alot more! The kids favortie part was the whirlpool tub that actually works! Was a beautiful home to call home temporaily for our family vacation, i would definitely recommend and would stay again!
