Newly remodeled Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

It is absolutely breathtaking at times and especially after heavy rains. The cabins are as close to the edge as you can get! The coolest thing, you not only get the waterfall, but the lake is within a few hundred feet from the waterfall cabins. It's the best of both worlds!
