If you have an event here there will be someone on the premises during the party. If anyone smokes in the apartment you will lose your security deposit. If you want to use the rooftop for a small get together than that must be discussed with me first. If a couple or family is staying than you have full access to the beautiful roof. The entire apartment/Partial roof Either myself or my brother will be there to show you around. If you decide to have a small gathering their is a caterer on the first floor that will do custom wine ,smoked meets and all sorts of unusual foods.
