Vacation rentals with a home theater in Alameda County

I booked this place repeatedly because of how wonderfully clean it is and the surrounding is beautiful. Juergen has went over and above to ensure utmost comfort for the guests. I am very happy with this place and can vouch for the SUPREME SERVICE and how kind Juergen is.

The place was perfect for our stay. Easy to get to shopping and restaurants. Whole Foods directly across the street. Clean and comfortable apartment.

Ellie's place is extremely conveniently located near MacArthur BART, and steps from all the good food and nightlife along Telegraph in Temescal. A perfect place to spend a night or two after coming in from the airport -- the train will take you right there. The only downside is that the building does not have very good noise insulation, and is close to the highway and train tracks. Light sleepers take note -- but I think this place was a great deal!

Kelly's an impeccable host and went above and beyond for her guests. The location is a great value for San Mateo, which is hard to find nowadays. Just a couple important heads ups for interested tenants - there are dogs on the property, and there are two bedrooms. Kelly put me in a bedroom that was different from the one originally shown in the photos which was fine and equally spacious, but should be noted for guests considering a stay here.

This home was the perfect spot for our family during our stay in the Bay Area! The house was terrific, and Kelly and Chad were amazing hosts! They really went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and comfortable. When we arrived, we found treats for our family and clear, detailed information about the house, as well as restaurants and attractions in the area. The house had everything we needed for our family of four, including kitchen equipment and supplies, a gas grill outside, washer and dryer, and bunk beds for our kids. It is also beautifully decorated, with wonderful colors and textures. The house is in a wonderful location, both close to Lake Merrit and the Lakeshore area and easily accessible to Oakland, Berkeley, and the rest of the Bay Area. We had a wonderful stay, and hope we are able to return to Chad & Kelly's for our next Bay Area visit!

Usually staying at an Airbnb is nice, it can be fun but staying at Sehajit's is more of an experience. His home is beautiful, from the artwork on the walls to the very cool Zen Room (art, music, and a very cool bar scooter). The best parts of the home was the Hammock which he ever so kindly moved outside facing the sun because he found out I love being in hammocks outside. This is how he treats everyone, with thoughtfulness. Lets talk about the bed...first day I was going to take a short nap that turned into almost 4 hours...bed is like sleeping on clouds. He takes time to get to know his guests which is refreshing. I got to know him a bit and found him to be intelligent, creative and caring about others. This was the best Airbnb ever, not just for the amenities (jacuzzi was quite nice also) but because of the effort put into every detail (some very sweet things but don't want to give that away). He is changing Airbnb from just staying somewhere to engaging in an experience.

Emily’s house is beautiful and was a great place for our family of 3 to stay for a few nights. Our toddler loved the toys, books, trampoline, and the kid-sized picnic table in the backyard, where we ate many of our meals. The adults enjoyed the short walk to the many excellent restaurants on Park Blvd, the simple and elegant furnishings and decor, and the Samsung Frame TV. Emily was an excellent and responsive host. We will definitely consider staying here on our next visit.

Linda was nice and extremely accommodating of my late return times. Everything was as expected and it was an excellent three day stay that I would do again, if given the opportunity.

Very cozy, family-friendly space! Hosts were communicative early on and very accommodating. Plenty of space for the number of guests we brought, and the location was scenic and cozy. The use of the space was clever, and there were lots of cute things to discover.
