This huge comfortable loft is full of sun and style: chic decor, art from around the world and Oakland, a tropical garden with a natural stone fountain. Enjoy the open plan (1250 sq ft) with 26'H ceilings, exposed steel beams, wood ceiling & a huge (16' x 16') south facing window. Massive skylight and ceiling fan create an ideal temperature & circulation. Part of a commercial live/work bldg, there is also a large garden outside including seating areas, BBQs, fire pit, daybed and a fountain.

My unit is very spacious and unique. It is one of 43 units in a historical landmark, perfect for 1 person or a couple. Located in between West Oakland, Uptown district and Temescal district, it is close to all the great sites in Oakland. I renovated my kitchen 3 years ago into a wonderful bigger open kitchen. Walking distance to great restaurants and about 10 blocks from the Bart both MacArthur and 19th street stations. It's less than 5 min drive to the West Oakland Bart-10 min ride to SF

Our Rooftop Studio is full of light, private, and nestled in the heart of downtown Oakland. 2 ½ blocks from the 12th St BART, with restaurants and shops within walking distance, just north of Chinatown, where you can find fresh produce and inexpensive meals, and just east of Uptown, where the chic clubs, bars and upscale restaurants serve gourmet meals. Scenic Lake Merritt is 2 ½ blocks the other way, for a great walk and people-watching. Come play in the Bay, Oakland's got it all!

Light-filled 3 story loft with ample space is right in the hub of Oakland. Close to public transportation and conveniently located close to Bay Bridge and just a few blocks to access all of the primary highways. Open plan, tall ceilings, large windows, large art/ work / office space. 2 private bathrooms In previous years I had 2 full-time cat residents (you'll see them in reviews), but they are no longer living on the property. sorry cat lovers.

Convenient, Clean, spacious. 10 minutes walk to Bart 19th Street station 2 blocks to Wholefoods, Lake Merritt Restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, events The city is in the revitalizing mode, there are many construction projects going on. Do NOT use this place to host any types of events or parties. Quiet and professional! No smoking. No pets.
