Two room in-law suite with private entry, private bath and kitchenette. Deck entry overlooking Temescal Creek and towering 100 year old coastal Redwoods. Shared garden across the bridge. Walk to Lake Temescal and Montclair Village. Easy, quick access to Hwys 13 and 24. Short drive to UC Berkeley, Mills College and California College of the Arts, the Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto, and Oaklands many fine restaurants. Some small dogs accepted, no large dogs, and no cats due to allergies.

Creekside Getaway

Beautifully peaceful creekside studio immersed in trees with views of the water. A perfect accommodation for a tranquil place to stay. This unit was fully remodeled in 2020, this first listed fall of 2021 through spring 2022, and now re opened in fall 2024. Walking distance to BART. This space is very clean and bright! Please note it’s the bottom unit of a two story building with a long term tenant above. Please send a message with any questions. We look forward to hosting you!

Apartment in house on the lagoon. Close to Beach

New comfortable studio apartment along the lagoon. A block from the beach. Easy walk to Park Street and South Shore Shopping Center. Well furnished kitchen, living space with sofa and ottoman, and queen size bed. Large dressing area and huge bathroom. Bright and sunny. (stairs in the photos go up to our home and are not open for use) Nearly the full basement level of our house, with it's own entry. Not for parties - we live upstairs.
