Tucked against a creek on a half acre in Norris Canyon. Newly renovated separate unit with private entrance, deck, bathroom with bidet, & full kitchen. Outdoor area includes woodfired hot tub, fire pit, grill, dining. Convenient to San Ramon & Castro Valley, 10 mins from both downtowns. We live in the upper unit full time with our family and take care to make the rental unit a pet-free zone, but this listing isn’t a good fit for anyone with a fear of dogs, severe allergies, or limited mobility.

Totally remodeled home by the lakes in Discovery bay, Ca. Please note that there is no access going to fast water/delta, and only electric boat allowed in the lake. We are located about 1.5 hours from SFO airport and 1 hour from Oakland airport. Napa Valley located in North part of the county about 1 hour a way and we are near the winery by Livermore area. 35 minutes away from SF Factory outlet by Livermore. This home is 3 bedrooms with 2 full bath. Pet friendly.
