Short drive to UC Berkeley, Mills College and California College of the Arts, the Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto, and Oaklands many fine restaurants. Some small dogs accepted, no large dogs, and no cats due to allergies.

Our place is located in a very walkable neighborhood near Grand and Lakeshore, with many good restaurants and grocery stores a short walk away! We make sure to clean & sanitize after each guest departs. We pay close attention to high touch surfaces ( door handles, remotes, light switches, faucets, surfaces). We also wash all linens in hot water.

Deep sanitized after each guest. Simple and beautiful !All brand new duplex,from concrete foundation to furniture. Central A/C .About 1300 square feet, 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms. Nice ,new fresh smell throughout the home. We like to keep the place nice and clean, WE DONT ALLOW ANY PARTY OR GATHERING , loud music ,smoking or drug use on our property . Great neighborhood.
