Great Discovery Bay location! Walking distance to Mountain Mikes Pizza, tennis/pickleball courts, and other services. Open floor plan with room to spread out and hang out. Exterior patio overlooks the delta and is a great place to relax and unwind. Would love to stay again in the future.

How can you not love this place? Charming and roomy for two. Very nicely decorated, ample provisions, and snacks waiting at checkin. Host recommended a nearby chocolate shop and it was amazing! Tea and coffee were available and a water purifier was too. Highly recommend Cristina and Bryan as hosts!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was beautiful and the surrounding area was serene. Melissa was extremely responsive, accomodating, and easy to work with. We hope to be able to book again next time we are in the area!

Our stay in this San Mateo studio was super fun!! The highlight was undoubtedly the backyard. Even if you’re not a birdwatching enthusiast, I believe most would find themselves mesmerized by the incredible variety of coastal and marine bird species flourishing across the brackish river in their backyard. The view is stunning, plus easy access to paddle boats and kayaks on their dock. I wish we had more time to have fun exploring the water by paddle boat!! As well as a no-spring trampoline looked like enjoyable addition for families with children. We loved how conveniently situated it was for exploring the wider Bay Area. San Francisco and San Jose were both easily accessible. For me, its proximity to Stanford Medical Center was a real plus. Our host, Wilson, was extremely helpful and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. Especially communication, Wilson made it a total breeze start to finish. Both my husband and I’d recommend and stay again!!

We had a wonderful experience in Sonny’s place. We love that house is so spacious for 16 of us (8 adults and 8 kids) -4 families total and we were comfortable. The amenities and house description is exactly what you see in photos and description. We enjoyed all the entertainment and games and we are already planning on booking again for the summer. We used paddle boats and kayak. There’s also a nearby grocery store and restaurants probably less than 5 mins drive so that was very convenient. Sonny is very responsive which makes all very easy. The house was absolutely stunning – spacious, immaculately clean, and perfectly suited for our occasion. Its location was ideal, providing ample space on the dock for multiple boats, which was a huge convenience. The children had a fantastic time fishing off the dock first thing in the morning, and the house was exceptionally kid-friendly, offering a variety of activities to keep them entertained. The neighbors were welcoming and cordial, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Every aspect of the house, from the kitchens to the bedrooms and bathrooms, was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our visit coincided with a holiday, and Neel went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, with impressive responsiveness and attention to detail. We will certainly be returning for another visit and highly recommend this property.

We spent 2 wonderful nights at this home. A few family members were coming in from Fresno for a family party in Antioch and we wanted a place where we could get ready and enjoy some downtime together. This home was perfect for us to hang out and relax. It was incredibly peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Richard is a proactive host and he provided clear and friendly instructions to help us during our stay. No one wanted to leave on check out day. We sat on the beautiful deck and enjoyed the weather.
