We had a lovely stay in this well-equipped, clean, and newly renovated apartment. Henrick was incredibly helpful and always available to assist us. The location is convenient and secure, making it an ideal choice. We couldn’t ask for more and would highly recommend this place!

Henrick was a very responsive and communicative host. When I mentioned it'd be great to have some extra blankets/TP/etc., he responded very quickly and had those items to me ASAP. The place was very comfortable and perfect for my 2 week stay in the area for work. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils/pots/pans/etc. Henrick included all the amenities I needed, including detergent for laundry, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc. Wi-fi was also great and perfect for the days I worked remotely from the apartment, and having A/C in both rooms kept the place very comfortable. The location was great as I was commuting to my office in Palo Alto. I'll be recommending this listing to my coworkers who come for extended stays, and I look forward to staying again in the future!

Great apartment super close to College Avenue, walkable area.

Everything was explained perfectly, very detailed on where, times, check in etc. staff was quick to respond, got us all we needed. Everyone was extremely nice, friendly, we were tucked away which was nice. My daughter and I enjoyed our few days we spent.

Maddy's place was great. Room was big, spacious and bright. Maddy was great with comms and helping out in anyway I needed. The location was also amazing. Safe, quiet and near shops/restaurants too.

The check in process was as easy as it could get. The entire unit was spotless and extremely well kept. This was a perfect getaway nestled in the hills! Also, the dedicated parking space plus street parking was so convenient. Christine was very attentive and available to any questions I had!

Clean comfy stay!

This was a wonderful place to land for a couple weeks. I would recommend this property. It's quiet, there's a nice kitchen, an enclosed parking garage. There are stores and plenty of restaurants close by. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Webster is a responsive host, when the sink was jammed, he called the plumber and proceeded the whole thing very quickly. The condo is clean and convenient, felt like at home. Will back next time

Pros : quiet area. It was overall great for one week stay asking through the area. It was my first time booking a condo on Airbnb but it wasn’t any hassle , you can a parking pass and parking was abundant. The area is very car centric but Livermore center is close. The room was big - it’s a master bedroom. Cons : It would be better to have a freezer/fridge combo. Didn’t really like he sheet texture and the fragrances used in them. If you like TV, it’s there but tiny.

We had a great stay. The space was beautiful and very Berkeley! It was quiet and serene, beautiful bay views, a little deck to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee. Very well equipped kitchen. If you aren't familiar with Berkeley and its hills, note that its a steep hill with lots of steps, so might not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The host was great - very communicative. Would happily stay again - a little oasis in the east bay!

Loved staying at Ari’s. Relaxed and friendly host, home is clean, fabulous bed and linens. Needed a few days of quiet. It was easy there and Ari was great with my pups. Thank you!

Great host responses in a timely manner. Lovely home for small family. Quiet neighborhood ,close to a lot of places, parking limited depending on the time of day. I would recommend this home

Gizems apartment is like a tranquil haven. It’s so peaceful and beautiful and looks out onto forest. Gizem is lovely and very easy to be around. Her response to booking was great, and she is very helpful. For me the situation was ideal as my son and family live in the same complex . I would recommend her place to anyone ; you will sleep well on her comfortable bed and the bathroom is immaculate . I’d come back to stay here anytime. Thank you Gizem , it was so good to get to know you
