We've stayed at this location multiple times. It has everything we need i.e comfortable bed, well supplied kitchen (Hope includes coffee, creamer and sugar), bathroom with plenty of towels, hair dryer. shampoo, condiioner and body wash included, laundry facilites, iron and ironing board. All great. The landscaping is so pretty and there is a private patio with comfy furniture for enjoying the CA sunshine. Highly recommend.

We loved our time here! Not only were Darren and Laura wonderful hosts and communicators, but the property genuinely exceeded our expectations, the Airbnb was MORE beautiful in person than in the photos (hard to believe, I know), and the location of the neighborhood was incredible — high up on a hill of a beautiful and safe neighborhood. 😍 Only recommendation for future guests — book one extra day!! There is so much to do and such little time! We would’ve loved to have one more day to enjoy the Airbnb a little more. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

When we walked in, the tea house looked exactly like the pics! The soaking tub was amazing and felt great to relax in and the bed was ultra comfortable and I so want to get whatever mattress that is. This is also really close to The Greek if you’re looking for a place to stay after a concert/show. It was about a 1.5 mile walk or really quick uber ride if you don’t like walking.

The studio was a great place for a roommate and I to stay while we attended the nearby Lighthaven venue.

Wonderfully quiet location in the trees next to a tiny creek. Perfect getaway from the city, yet so accessible and decorated with beautifully woven fabrics from the owner’s business.

Very quaint and clean. Beautiful and inviting grounds. Close to amenities. Loved the opening windows on all four sides. Easy and convenient access. Loved the attached laundry facilities. HIGHLY recommend this little gem!

I had a wonderful experience staying here. Jeffrey’s listing was superb, very clean, comfortable, warm, and inviting. Very nice little apartment and one of our favorite places! The bed is super comfortable which was important to us. The kitchen is well-stocked, full refrigerator, and had a Keurig with coffee. We liked being away from downtown, but still conveniently located.

This spot is very well located, quiet, clean with everything you need. Very comfortable bedding. Very pleasant shaded patio. Marilynn is very friendly and responsive. An example, broken coffee maker changed within the next hour. We had a very good stay in this accommodation. Thanks again!

Eugenia’s place and Eugenia and her husband are fantastic… One of the most comfortable organic cotton beds I’ve ever slept on, the most enchanting, beautiful property, and every appliance state of the art, efficient and intentional with the touch of love. Eugenia brought me teas, and various unconventional items I asked for. And the natural light and airflow were wonderful. And very healing and the most peaceful and healing neighborhood I’ve stayed at in the East Bay. For anyone looking for a healing retreat, Book this place as soon as possible

Chris place was perfect for my visit back to the Bay Area. Everything was really nice. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. I was able to sit outside and eat dinner. And enjoy the scenery. The bed was very comfortable as well. I travel a lot and stay in airbnb all the time. Chris place is top quality I look forward to staying here again in my return later this summer.

We loved our stay at Julie’s studio. It was such a beautiful space and perfect for our needs. The outdoor area is beautiful and the inside is cozy and so well put together. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood to get delicious food. Would definitely stay again!

This was the first time we stayed at the Cozy Cottage, and we cannot rate it highly enough! The cottage was immaculate, the bed very comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. Mary and Steve went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even providing a very generous snack basket and cold beverages. The location is also perfect. Easy 2 block walk to the main business district with good restaurants and shops, and about a 10 minute walk from the beach. We will definitely return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jess’s cottage in Menlo Park. I found the place to be as charming as they described it. I found their place to be conveniently located, well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The small backyard seating area is very pleasant as well. I want to thank my hosts for being very accommodating and helpful too. They were quick to respond to any questions I might have and offered assistance if I needed it. The hosts were very helpful with any thing we needed during the stay. The space itself was a bit smaller than anticipated but very comfortable overall. The area is quiet and there’s a whole foods walking distance. Overall, great stay and convenient location.

Margaret and Phil's cottage lives up to its listing - it truly is a cozy cottage in the midst of a lush, private, wooded garden setting. Although it's in the midst of Atherton near San Francisco, it feels quiet and much further away than it really is. The neighborhood is excellent for walking - wooded, with many interesting and historic houses. The hosts are wonderful - pleasant and engaging to talk with, and very hospitable; they went out of their way to help make our trip more comfortable in various ways. The golden retriever Sadie (the third host!) is extremely friendly, and makes everyone feel very welcomed. Although the cottage is essentially one open floor plan, it does not feel too small, and the many windows provide a lot of light and views out to the gardens. This is the kind of place that would be great not only as a base of operations, but as a destination in its own right, suitable for just relaxing. We hope to stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay with my four-year-old daughter for my birthday. The location is lovely, being able to walk down to college Avenue. We got in quite late, I would recommend asking host to turn on the heat if you think you might come in on the later side- the radiant floors are lovely but do take some time to heat up. Great artistic touches and hosts are very responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed staying with Kate. I really appreciate that she reached out to ask about special dietary needs. The neighborhood was wonderful and very quiet! Loads of interesting things to do nearby. It was our first time to the San Francisco area and we enjoyed our stay! Your place was very convenient to all our activities. The information about Redwood forests was helpful and we ended up At Purisima Creek Redwood preserve after spending some time at Half Moon Bay! Both fabulous places and close to our location!
