Micky and Steven were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and accommodating. Their place was the perfect quiet sanctuary after busy days. Lots of things near by, yet had a cozy neighborhood vibe. I wish my schedule had been less hectic so I could spend time in their lovely garden. This place is a gem.

This is our favorite spot to stay when we are in the Oakland area. It is tremendously comfortable and well appointed. We have stayed in many air bnb's, but never one so well equipped and furnished and decorated so tastefully. Everything works; everything is in tip top shape; everything is accessible. And the location, too, is great: walking distance to restaurants and coffee places and most anything you might need. Staying here is a real treat.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a few blocks from our favorite Cheeseboard Collective Pizzeria and within easy walking distance to UC Berkeley. We were in town for a wedding and needed a family-friendly place nearby, and this home checked every box and more. The space was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The bathroom was especially impressive—clean, well-stocked with soft towels, and featuring a beautifully laid-out shower and hot tub that made winding down in the evenings a true treat. The kitchen was pristine and fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy meals during our stay. Traveling with little ones can be challenging, but this home made it easy. There was even a pack 'n play ready for our infant, which was such a thoughtful touch. The layout of the home was comfortable, cozy, and made our time there feel like a true home-away-from-home. Great stay at Liz’s place for family of 3. Perfect location for UC Berkeley and Rockridge. Apartment is as described. Nice walk into town with short steep incline. Beautiful deck and fully stocked. We hosted a small graduation barbecue and Liz was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. If you have trouble with steps this is not the place for you.

I was looking for a nice place to go (with my cat) while some major construction was being done on my house. Steven's cottage was perfect for this, being close to my house, easy to access, and a nice retreat from everything! It is located in the back yard of Steven's house, and has a very secure locking gate. The cottage has plenty of room, and is very clean, well organized, and nicely decorated. I enjoyed my stays there very much, and I feel lucky to have found Steven's cottage. I would love to spend more time there in the future. I felt welcome.

This charming cottage is located in a beautiful neighborhood, and is set well off the street, ensuring quietness and privacy. Sweet little ADU, very modern, nicely finished and easy location.

This place was amazing, recently moving from another stay we had to rent for 2 weeks while we waited for our things. This place had everything we could have needed. If you have dogs Ela’s place will be perfect for you, the backyard is fenced and my dogs loved it. The location is also great as there are a lot of stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Beautiful place in immaculate condition.

We had a great visit. My husband and I and our service dog totally enjoyed the location and the garage parking was easy to use. Inside space is open and well lighted. Laundry was easy to use and well supplied. Since we are in our late seventies, it took us a while to learn how to take a shower in the clawfoot tub. Alan had installed excellent grab bars to help with entry and exit and that helped. We would like to stay again when we come back to Alameda.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The host was responsive and helpful. I felt good staying there especially since it was close to a lot of the things I wanted to do.

This home was great! It was spacious, clean, kid friendly, and had all amenities and more! It was very homey, modern, and super comfortable. It also had many options to keep us entertained. We stayed the weekend from out of state for a graduation and barely needed to step out as the home had all the essentials. The host, Jill, is very friendly, accommodating and responds promptly. Thank you Jill for being such a great and professional host! Would highly recommend this stay.

Will was one of THE most responsive Hosts we've ever had! His instructions were 100% accurate and timely. The setting of this home is just incredible - mountains all around and we were here at a time when flowers were in full bloom! Exceptional! Even a lemon tree in the front yard! Really enjoyed a special family time here.

We felt very comfortable. As described, great amenities. All in very good condition. Great was the shared pool & jacuzzi. Everything is easily accessible by car.

Stayed there with family of 4. Apt was nicely furnished , family friendly + complementary crib was provided. All very high quality and very clean. Only small negative was the location but we spent most our time at the apt or somewhere else. Didn’t bother us. Quick access to the rest of Bay Area

Every detail was considered, down to the personalized welcome letter in the typewriter when we walked in!
