zona comoda e facile da trovare. casa pulita e accogliente con tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. proprietario molto gentile e disponibile , ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo considerata la zona. consiglio vivamente

Wir hatten kurz nach Ostern einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Als wir ankamen, war auf alles geachtet, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und es gibt einen schönen Pool, den man nutzen kann. Die Anreise ist etwas schwierig, da man auf den Berg hochfahren muss und die Straßen sehr eng sind. Daher muss man unbedingt den Infos von Luca folgen, da die Strecke über Google Maps nicht richtig angezeigt wird. Man sollte also mit einem nicht zu großen Auto anreisen. Wir würden es aber jeder Zeit wieder machen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Geweldig verblijf, heel ruim, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, tot in detail, heel compleet. Een groot en comfortabel bed! Top locatie, paar minuten lopen van hartje centrum, restaurants etc. Een gratis parkeerplaats op nog geen 10 minuten lopen. Goed en snel contact met de host! Enige minpuntje was dat niet alle lampen werkten en dat het gootsteenputje in de keuken niet goed doorliep. Dit hebben we aan de host laten weten en wordt waarschijnlijk snel opgelost. De douche is krap, zeker voor zo'n grote douchekop. Verder mooie, ruime badkamer.

Two adults one three year old and one 16 months. We had a good time. Big lawn for the kids, walking distance discount supermarket, 5 minutes driving distance to pastry shops, bread shop and bigger supermarkets, 20 minutes to Prato and big malls. Clean quiet neighborhood, nice people. Clean apartment, big closets, proper kitchen, personally I like better the dish washer than my own. Everything is new. We enjoy the local cuisine/food a lot, do go to try calzone at Pizzeria Gina, the pastry and bread of L' Angolo Del Pane...

L’appartamento di Teresa è una vera chicca e anche lei è stata adorabile! Oltre all’arredamento e alla pulizia impeccabili, la vista è impagabile: svegliarsi la mattina con un po’ di nebbia, il foliage del giardino sottostante e il sole che illumina il campanile di Sant’Andrea non h davvero prezzo. La posizione anche è strategica e, mi raccomando, seguite tutti i consigli di Teresa. Super consigliato, una delle esperienze migliori su Airbnb.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad op deze prachtige locatie. De villa en specifiek ons appartement op de eerste etage is prachtig en ruim. Het landgoed is mooi en heerlijk rustig. We konden veel mooie plaatsen zoals Pistoia, Lucca en Florence snel en makkelijk bezoeken met de auto. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Casa pulita e corrispondente all'annuncio e alle foto. Si vede che Tatiana tiene moltissimo alla sua casa di montagna, è tenuta benissimo e lei è sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Grazie ancora a Tatiana per averci ospitato nella sua casa :)

Fermatevi qui per qualche giorno di pace e armonia e lasciatevi affascinare dalle storie di questi luoghi raccontate da Marco e Alessandro, persone accoglienti e gentili. Il loro entusiasmo per il borgo e i sentieri che lo circondano è contagioso. Condividete le serate gustando un buon bicchiere di vino, rinfrescatevi al ruscello sotto casa e esplorate i sentieri intorno alla casa immersa nel bosco. La casetta è provvista di tutto il necessario: il letto è comodissimo e l'acqua in casa proviene direttamente dal ruscello di montagna, limpida e genuina. Vi consiglio di portare qualche vivero, poiché non ci sono negozi nei dintorni se non a diversi chilometri di distanza. Qui troverete tranquillità assoluta, aria fresca e storie antiche. Niente auto, inquinamento e pericoli per i bambini: un vero sogno! Il tempo passa molto lentamente, riportando il ritmo della vita a una dimensione umana. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous étions deux familles : deux couples et 5 enfants en tout, et la maison nous est apparue très spacieuse. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, et c'est un plaisir renouvelé chaque jour que de la contempler. En outre la maison est située à un endroit idéal pour visiter la région. Location hautement recommandée!

Silvia’s place far exceeded our expectations. Everything looks just like the listing, only better. The setting is stunning. Silvia has multiple outdoor areas set up for dining and just looking at the view. The villa is spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. The bed was very comfortable. There are two entrances into the villa so you do not have to carry your suitcases up any stairs. We even adjusted our itinerary to spend more time around the villa. Silvia and Giuliano were the perfect hosts; friendly, warm and made us feel more like family than guests. We cannot wait to return.

La casa è molto grande e bella. Eravamo due famiglie (9 persone) e per noi la sistemazione è stata perfetta. Super attrezzata, non mancava nulla. La piscina è stata molto apprezzata anche se si affacciava sulla strada e si sentiva il rumore del passaggio dei veicoli, ma questo non ci ha creato nessun disagio. Nelle foto manca un gazebo che ci ha permesso di vivere meglio l’area esterna. I vicini sono stati fin da subito molto cortesi e disponibili, e ci hanno fatto conoscere il loro simpaticissimo cane con cui abbiamo giocato volentieri. Giuseppina ha sempre risposto in breve tempo a tutte le nostre domande e ha fornito anche una sorta di libricino con alcune attività consigliate da svolgere in zona. Ci torneremmo molto volentieri!

This may just be the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. We were there several nights, and you just don’t get over that view. It’s a good 40m drive to Florence, but the nearby cities are also happening. Lots to discover, and the distance from Florence is so worth it. Tons of space, private kitchen, access to the whole property which is massive. The host family lives on this multi-generational land which you have a unit above a house all to yourself. Beyond impressed with this one, the family is so kind and receptive. 12/10, wow.

The house is very, very lovely – it feels like you're practically in a museum in the middle of nature, or as if you've stepped into a movie. Even though we didn’t stay for long, we absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this property.

This was a really wonderful apartment in an amazing location (close to everything, including the train station). The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer was super helpful as we like to pack light. Finally, it has the best shower of any Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Simona is very proactive with communication and was a pleasure to deal with. Besides the obvious things to do in Florence (Academy, Ufizzi, etc.), we took a day trip to Siena, took a bus to Fiesole and walked back (Fiesole is a suburb up on a hill which has a Roman/Etruscan archaeological site and museum, which are well worth visiting), and a wine tour (we did a hiking/wine tour in Chianti with Out of the Box Florence - recommended).

Lorena é uma anfitriã muito atenciosa! Nos recebeu com muito carinho, permitiu o check in antecipado, sempre nos respondia rapidamente. O apartamento é bem localizado, próximo ao Duomo, com vários restaurantes ao redor, inclusive eu recomendo os restaurantes localizados na mesma rua do prédio, os dois mais próximos. Apartamento limpo, roupa de cama limpa e tudo confortável! Foi uma excelente estadia! Super recomendo!

Luca is a great host. Cannot say enough about the apartment. As advertised. My wife and I would come back for sure.

Pros: Great apartment in a great location! We spent two nights. Beautifully remodeled building and apartment. 10 to 15 minute walk to train station. Plenty of sites to visit, good restaurants, bars and shopping within a 20 minute walking distance. Host provided a PDF with maps and lists of places to visit, and restaurants listed by his personal preference. Overall it was a very nice experience, I would rent again. Cons: Four flights of narrow stairs to climb with luggage. No elevators in the building.

Great location and loved the decor. It wasn’t easy getting a taxi in Florence so we loved that the apartment was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Check in and out process was easy. Would recommend!

We had a very nice stay in Francesca’s apartment, which is in walking distance to the station and the city center. We were welcomed personally and really friendly by Francesca’s colleague Matilda who explained us everything. The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable and also very quiet even if in the middle of town. Francesca and Matilda responded quickly to all our questions before and during our stay and they even tried to resolve a problem we encountered with the jacuzzi immediately. We felt very well during our entire stay. A beautiful place in a gorgeous city!
