We were a group of 12 from Mumbai, India, looking to experience a typical Italian town, and Giada's house was the perfect choice! We took plenty of photos of the entire house. It's beautifully kept, well-maintained, and has all the necessary amenities a traveler would need. The neighborhood is small and tranquil. The villa, ideal for big groups who want to spend quality time together. Giada was an exceptional host - super experienced, friendly, and prompt in communicating everything we needed to know. She was also always available for easy communication. We would 5/5 recommend it!

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for our trip to Val d 'Orcia and I have to say that it was a very positive experience. The apartment was clean, spacious and well furnished, all spacious rooms overlooking the Leonine gardens. The house was cozy and we had all the comforts to feel at home. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions, in the heart of San Quirico. Francesca was extremely kind and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information to make the most of our stay. The breakfast service was also very much appreciated. I highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We were lucky enough to be hosted in this beautiful home to celebrate our New Year and we couldn't have asked for more! The house was cozy, spacious and clean. Every detail was taken care of: from the comfort of the rooms (well heated) in each apartment to the complete supply of utensils. Margherita proved to be extremely helpful and attentive, giving us the opportunity right away to understand and get to know the place where we would be going but above all she welcomed our every request with kindness. The location was ideal, surrounded by tranquility and easily accessible, and with a surrounding environment that made our midnight toast even more special. The common areas were also perfect for a large group like ours, allowing us to dine and celebrate together comfortably. Highly recommended for those looking for a place to spend time with friends, with a touch of warmth and hospitality that really makes a difference.

The accommodation is really similar to the description. Clean, very well-equipped, comfortable. The bedding is of good quality. The indoor BBQ with its fireplace is super convenient for good grilling. Regarding the place, it's very peaceful and bucolic. Hikes nearby, especially to the Farma River. The small inconvenience is the distance to the shops. There is a Coop in Monticino, otherwise Siena is a 1/2 hour drive away. But we're not there to shop but to discover! Regarding the hosts, they are very responsive and serious. We feel that they are really looking for excellence in their stay. To conclude, we highly recommend this cottage for nature and discovery lovers.

Our stay in Saturnia at FonteNuova was picture perfect. We stayed in the main house and loved every second of our time there. The hosts provided unbelievable recommendations that made our stay even better than we could have imagined. Waking up you truly feel like you were in a Tuscan film. It was the perfect quiet and peaceful location with the ultimate rustic feel. We cannot wait to come back!

We have a very wonderful stay in Maya’s villa, the housekeeper led us to the villa at the fist day in case we can’t find it, which is so helpful. Not only the decorations and facilities(including the kitchen supplies) in the villa is perfect(we find nearly everything we need to cook Chinese cuisines), but also the view outside the villa is incredibly impressive. We take photos from sunrise to sunset, which show different angles of the beauty of Toscana. There are 3 cats outside the villa, some of them are shy others are enthusiastic. We buy cat food for them because they seem a little bit thin. All in all, we all can’t wait to come to this beautiful villa for the next time, and it really leaves us an amazing memory during our stay in Italy.

We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a peaceful haven, very clean, well-equipped, with many activities to do all around, Claudio's accommodation is for you! Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, in a vast well-maintained estate, this spacious house is a little slice of heaven! Our host, very responsive, welcomed us very warmly. He even gave us a bottle of oil from his production: wonderful!

Beautiful view of Montepulciano. Remote rural location off gravel road. Grounds keeper brought us fresh eggs from the farm chickens. Use of full kitchen. Owner responded quickly to requests and surprised us with a homemade cake. Daughter had destination wedding at the Duomo in Pienza then reception in the dining room. Dinner and party for a small wedding was ideal.

What an amazing location with a sensational view. We were looking for a restful location in picturesque surroundings where we could relax and unwind; this was definitely that place. After a day at the beach (7 min walk - downhill way there and quite a steap climb back if you decided not to drive) this had all the (immaculately landscaped) outdoor living spaces you need to relax into the evening and look out to sea as the day ends....views you could even enjoy from the brilliant outdoor shower! The accomodation was perfect for our group (3 adult couples) and on the warmer days it was nice to have the air conditioning. Both the owner and the host were helpful and responsive throughout. The only noteworthy things are that the drive into the location was along some tight and twisty cliff roads (I would not like to drive it in the dark) and the local beach is rocky so I would highly recommend swimming shoes. Overall we felt this was a magical place and had an amazing stay!

Simply perfect experience. Home exactly as in the photos with a fantastic pool and breathtaking views of the sea. The owners Corrado and Beatrice are impeccable, always available and attentive to every need. Highly recommended!!
