The apartment is super. Large, spacious, great location (right by the sea, a few minutes' walk from restaurants, bars, shopping). Public parking is available right in front of the house (parking ticket for a week is cheaply available in the tobacco shop around the corner). The best part was the fantastic view from the balcony😍. Furnishings of the apartment are great (much more there than expected, from cleaning supplies to even a drawer with bandages and much more) We felt completely comfortable. Only small disadvantage. Air conditioning would have been great with the temperatures, but we knew it from the description. So always happy to come back👍🏼. Thanks Elisa for your great care 🙏

Small but comfortable accommodation as described, suitable for 2/3 people. Completely renovated and modern. The spaces are well distributed and very comfortable (the photos in my opinion do not do it justice because it is much nicer and more livable). Located in the main square, it allows you to walk to any destination and the private garage is essential to be able to get around by car without parking problems. In addition, you can see the Palio Marinaro from the window. Friendly and helpful host

We had a wonderful time in Giglio. The apartment exceeded our expectations, everything was there, everything worked, just so that it was comfortable for us from the first moment. The view of Campese is spectacular, the surroundings around the apartment are beautiful and functional. The communication worked tip top, we arrived late, but that was no problem. Since friends of ours were also on the island and we visited each other, I really appreciated that the kitchen equipment was not "counted", which means that there were also glasses, cups, etc. for visitors. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed at thisplace during the month of August. The location is great: you can reach beautiful coves on foot and alternatively we have always been able to park the car in the dedicated parking lot with cutting provided immediately by the agency. The house was very nice and functional, exactly as in the photos. We really appreciated the functional kitchen that also allowed us to cook in the house several times. The bathroom is actually small as in the photos but in the end considering that you are on vacation for two, you can manage without problems. I want to say that unfortunately there are many bad reviews online on Google about this agency but really our experience was great and we didn't miss anything and we enjoyed these days in serenity. Chiara from the agency immediately welcomed us by providing us with directions and was very flexible on both check-in and check-out. We would be happy to return guests from the property!

We had a relaxing week, all above our expectations. The only weak point of the house is the very narrow bathroom and the lack of coverage of some very weak telephone networks, then everything was superfluous because we often used the outdoor shower, which is warm and very comfortable and the two TVs of the house at some moments of rest. The highlights are the air conditioning, the umbrella with chairs included, right behind the house and all the comforts you can find to spend a pleasant vacation. The house is really nice, comfortable within walking distance of the center, overlooking the pedestrian passage but it is not noisy, and on the beach it is the best to enjoy the sea. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is in a perfect location, very nice, quiet and very clean. Dario is an extremely helpful and kind host, he gave us a lot of information and tips! We hope to be back soon :) Highly recommended

We lived for a week in 3 people and a dog. The location is great, with panoramic views and very close to the beach, shops within walking distance. Difficult parking. The space is small, albeit well organized, with a table and chairs only outside. The terrace is very nice. Campese beach is very nice with transparent sea. Beach dogs allowed.

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Cute place directly at the beach. The beach is public but with the house, you have your own space directly in front. Sun-Umbrella, seats and other outdoor furniture is provided by the Host. The place is clean, has a new kitchen installed and suits perfect for 4 people. It has everything needed for a smooth and chill vacation. Local suggestions are part of the check-in with the host, and a guest-book. Close by is everything you need, a supermarket, a bakery, lots if good restaurants are just up the street and directly next to the supermarket are large bins to throw away any kind of trash. I very much suggest the place! (Hint: for quiet nights earplugs might help since there is nightlife (we visited during summer vacation and slept with open windows) going on close by but its not too bad)

The house has a very convenient location for the beach and is equipped with all amenities, including WiFi (convenient as there is not much network coverage in the area). Cinzia was very nice and responsive, even when we had to delay check-in due to an unexpected event.

Teresa is a perfect host, she immediately provides all the necessary information to be able to juggle in the country, services, restaurants and beaches!!! She was always available for any need. The location is beautiful, close to the center with a breathtaking sea view. Thank you for everything Teresa!!!!

A wonderful place beyond expectations. Surrounded by nature and quiet in a beautiful stretch of sea, dunes, Mediterranean scrub, yellow fields colored by colorful flowers, wild bunnies, turtles, songs of birds of all species and not least a pleasant breeze that refreshed us throughout the stay. Delightful and comfortable home. Everything very well cared for in every detail. We hope to be able to go back!

The Apartment is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo and boulevard leaf with restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The place is very well utilized - everything is present in a few square meters. From rainshower Up to ambient lighting. Sparkling clean; lovely bed. Recommended!

We can wholeheartedly recommend this place because we had a great time and felt at home. The hosts greeted us personally and were always available by mobile phone. Individual requests such as intermediate cleaning were addressed directly. The decor corresponds to the pictures. The furniture is new, the beds comfortable and the kitchen visually beautifully designed. We also loved the balcony, extra laundry room, smart TV, fast internet and AC/heater. Only suggestions for improvement: For longer stays, more tea towels, potholders, pads for the outdoor furniture and sofa pillows would be nice. Follonica is a cute resort town - great for long beach walks in October and to discover well-known nearby places like Volterra/Pisa. Unfortunately, Follonica itself seems a little extinct at that time, as some restaurants and bars are already completely closed. Thanks to Dario & Debora! :-)

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

We felt comfortable in Laura's apartment right away. It was nice to get to the beach so quickly and with a short walk to the village. The beds were comfortable, the two bathrooms very practical. Communication with Laura was easy and she had time to greet us personally and lead us into your apartment. We would book the apartment again immediately, the location was excellent.

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic: the beach (even the free one) is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the seafront (Via Italia). Great restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion (but I want to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Friday/Saturday evening, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for rowdy kids and roaring scooters, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that makes voices and noises echo, but luckily Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a bit old, certainly not up to the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

It was a great week in Marina di Grosetto, the apartment was very spacious, and the location on the beach was great. It was extremely nice that we were allowed to use the stable umbrella and the landlords' loungers. The restaurants and the recommendations of the landlords helped us quickly find our way around. We stayed in the app for 12 days. "Olive tree house" ! Due to technical problems in the Tangerine Tree House, Lyza left us the larger apartment in the same house for the same price. We enjoyed the olive tree house very much. Lyza has helped us very well with many tips (restaurants, beaches) and recommendations. Nice big terrace with great sea view. We always ate outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Just disturb the many mosquitoes! Very good location. You can walk quickly and easily to the old town and to the beach. Parking was very good and easy. You can make beautiful excursions from here. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Kitchen and amenities are very good. The bed is very good. The apartment (windows & doors) is equipped with good mosquito protection. The air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen are very good. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.
