Waterfront vacation rentals in Province of Grosseto

The villa, shared with other apartments, is in a beautiful place: I think one of the best views of the Argentario. The home matches expectations and images. It is good for couples or families with children (parties or lively evenings would be incompatible with the tranquility and coexistence rules of the building). It has a very effective air conditioning system in the rooms (and this August was very useful). Access to the sea is quite easy and allows you to snorkel nearby or even, swimming a little, to swim to the equipped beach of Pozzarello (the best beaches are Tuscany Bay and Il Tramonto alla Giannella - 15 min by car, or La Zonca alla Feniglia - 20 min by car, or La Dogana or L'Ultima Beach in Capalbio - 40 min by car). Massimiliana is very proactive and precise and maintains the well-being of guests. In general, a beautiful and relaxing vacation.

We came back this year after a first stay last year. We don't get tired of this place and the apartment is ideal, warm, with character. The balcony that gives it its name is indeed an incredible asset.

First time in Follonica but would like to go back in the future. just cannot say how nice the apartment and owner was. Thank you.

Spacious and very neat apartment! We were taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host (Pietro ) was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. Also, impressed by the attention to detail! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended! Also, Pietro recommended Castiglione della Pescaia for the night visit and it was perfect!! Thank you!!

We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. It has a very nice view overlooking the lagoon and is very well located, so that the center of Orbetello is only a short walk away. We loved the interiors and especially the artwork! The apartment was very cosy which was great as we had a few rainy days during our 10 days there.

The apartment is functional with the right spaces for 4 people. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The location is very convenient for the sea and the center. Easy to find parking. I appreciated the impeccable cleanliness and check-in with Jessica, cheerful, available to give advice on the area. Highly recommended!

the island of Giglio is a dream, the house from Francesca at the height of the place and enchanting. Located in front of the harbor lighthouses in a strategic position because it is close to restaurants and amenities, but far from the confusion. Francesca is a perfect host, ready to give advice on activities, services and everything that can be useful. Communication was smooth. I recommend your home to everyone. Good value for the location. Very close to the beach. Several public beaches 5-6 minute walk. A close walk to restaurants and shops (5-10 minutes) Kitchen was fully stocked of pans / dishes. Host was helpful with check in, local places to go and restaurants.

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Anyone who wants to take a Spartan vacation, STAY HERE!!!

Cute place directly at the beach. The beach is public but with the house, you have your own space directly in front. Sun-Umbrella, seats and other outdoor furniture is provided by the Host. The place is clean, has a new kitchen installed and suits perfect for 4 people. It has everything needed for a smooth and chill vacation. Local suggestions are part of the check-in with the host, and a guest-book. Close by is everything you need, a supermarket, a bakery, lots if good restaurants are just up the street and directly next to the supermarket are large bins to throw away any kind of trash. I very much suggest the place! (Hint: for quiet nights earplugs might help since there is nightlife (we visited during summer vacation and slept with open windows) going on close by but its not too bad)

We stayed in Cinzia's house for ten days, five of us, and we found the accommodation comfortable and well laid out. The double bedroom with a private bathroom is the best. The recently renovated accommodation was very clean and with all the necessary equipment for both the kitchen and the rest. The outdoor area, with its complete and well-kept furnishings, allows you to enjoy lunches, dinners, and relaxation in the perfectly shaded garden. Very close to the beach, a half-hour walk from the village, it is the ideal place for those who love tranquility. Cinzia responded immediately to our requests with care and kindness. What can I say, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Teresa is a perfect host, she immediately provides all the necessary information to be able to juggle in the country, services, restaurants and beaches!!! She was always available for any need. The location is beautiful, close to the center with a breathtaking sea view. Thank you for everything Teresa!!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for peace and quiet and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device.

Host very helpful in everything. Milena's place was comfortable, clean and comfortable. Great location to visit Porto Santo Stefano even on foot leaving the car in the convenient parking available. Recommended

The Apartment is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo and boulevard leaf with restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The place is very well utilized - everything is present in a few square meters. From rainshower Up to ambient lighting. Sparkling clean; lovely bed. Recommended!

We had a great experience with Dario's apartment. We found a very tidy, clean apartment, with everything you need and an excellent standard. Dario and Debora were always available, communication was very simple. A special thank you for how they solved a problem that was not their responsibility. Recommended for anyone who wants to spend time in Follonica.

Davide was very responsive and spent ages texting us, trying to help us get a bus or taxi from the station to the apartment, then sending us a walking route by the lagoon, when we had to walk. He also let us check out late, which was very helpful. Lovely big, light, clean apartment, 5 min walk from the old town. Enjoyed walking across the bridge to Monte Argentario, Feniglia beach and Porto Ercole, then getting a bus back to our apartment. Pretty old town with nice cafes and restaurants. We were alarmed at the swarms of midges by the lagoon on the first evening, but it wasn't a problem during the daytime or in the town.

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic: the beach (even the free one) is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the seafront (Via Italia). Great restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion (but I want to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Friday/Saturday evening, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for rowdy kids and roaring scooters, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that makes voices and noises echo, but luckily Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a bit old, certainly not up to the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

Blown away, we will be back many times

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

We stayed in the app for 12 days. "Olive tree house" ! Due to technical problems in the Tangerine Tree House, Lyza left us the larger apartment in the same house for the same price. We enjoyed the olive tree house very much. Lyza has helped us very well with many tips (restaurants, beaches) and recommendations. Nice big terrace with great sea view. We always ate outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Just disturb the many mosquitoes! Very good location. You can walk quickly and easily to the old town and to the beach. Parking was very good and easy. You can make beautiful excursions from here. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Kitchen and amenities are very good. The bed is very good. The apartment (windows & doors) is equipped with good mosquito protection. The air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen are very good. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.
